Objective:Understand the status of family caregivers' burden, family resilience and family adaptation of stroke patients.Analyze the differences of family caregivers' burden, family resilience and family adaptation of stroke patients in general demographic aspect Explore the impact of caregivers'burden and family resilience on family adaptation, which provides references for the health management of family-centered caring stroke patients and caregivers, and the improvement of family life quality. Methods:This study belongs to the correlation study of non-experiment,used convenient sampling method, and selected 200 main caregivers froml stroke patients families who are treated in neurology and rehabilitation department of two tertiary hospitals at Yanji City during the time of June 2017 to November 2017 to conduct a questionnaire survey. The survey tools used self-designed Questionnaire With General Demographic Information,MBI-C(Chinese version of Modified Barthel Index,ZBI(Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview),Rating Table Of Family Resilience,Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales FACESII-CV.This paper applied SPSS21.0 statistical software to organize and analyze the data, and emploied percentage, mean, standard deviation,t-test,ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis to conduct statistical analysis.Resuits:(1)The score for family caregivers'burden of stroke patients in Yanbian area was(37.16±20.92,and the burden level was mild and moderate. The family resilience score was(205.95 ± 27.53)and the general level is high. The family adaptation score was(52.34 ± 8.12),and it is at a good level.(2)t-test and one-way ANOVA showed that general demographic information of stroke patients 'ADL condition, age, work conditions, payment methods of medical expenses, the relationship between caregivers and patients, caregiver's education, caregiver's occupation, whether some people take care of patients together with caregivers or not,and whether suffering from chronic diseases or not,may affect the family adaptation of stroke patients(P<0.05).(3)Relevant analysis showed that the family caregivers' burden of stroke patients was significantly negatively correlated with family resilience and family adaptation(P<0.05).Family resilience and its all dimensions were positively correlated with family adaptation(P<0.05).(4)Multiple regression analysis showed that caregivers and stroke patients' ages, the caregiver's profession, the relationship between family caregivers and patients, the burden of caregivers and family resilience are the main factors affecting family adaptation, which in total explaine 36.7%of the variance.Conclusions:(1)The family caregivers' burden of stroke patients in Yanbian is at a mild to moderate level, the family resilience is at a little high level, and family adaptability is good(2)In terms of demographic characteristics, different medical payment methods, patient ADL condition, different caregivers' ages, different relationships with patients, different education levels, different family monthly income per capita and so on,have effects on family caregivers'burden.Different payment methods for patient medical expenses, different marital status of caregivers, etc.,have effects on family resilience.Patients ages, work conditions, payment methods of medical expenses, relationships between caregivers and patients, caregivers'occupations, whether someone takes care of patients together with caregivers or not, whether suffering from chronic diseases or not, etc.,have effects on family adaptation.(3)Family caregivers' burden of stroke patients is negatively correlated with family resilience and family adaptation.Family resilience level is positively correlated with family adaptation.Besides, family resilience is an important factor which affects family adaptation and it can positively predict family adaptation.
