third-grade grade A hospital in Shanxi and had been readmitted for follow-up review and met the inclusion criteria as research objects. The first stage used the general population sociological data to conduct a questionnaire survey of patients’ families.Excel software was used to input the data of the questionnaire results,SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data, descriptive statistical analysis,Chi-square test,T test and other statistical analysis methods were used to obtain the statistical results of the questionnaire. The second phase, design qualitative research to quantitative interpretation, according to the results of the questionnaire survey to develop a semi-structured interview outline, purposeful selection in the survey of stroke patients’ families as interview object, based on principles of data saturation,semi-structured interviews,Colazzi seven step analysis method is adopted to improve the data analysis, digging the theme, qualitative analysis results are obtained. In the third stage, the quantitative and qualitative results are comprehensively analyzed to obtain more detailed insights.Results:1.The scores of family resilience were(185.33±24.78),including(66.15±8.45)points for family belief and(119.17±16.47)points for family scale. The scores of family stress tolerance and its dimensions in stroke patients were above 3.0,and
