Depression After Stroke In Traditional Chinese Medicine Dialectical Parting With Years Of Age,Sex,stroke,depression Degree Correlation Analysis

Objective:The purpose of this study is to provide an objective basis for PSD syndrome differentiation by studying the correlation between TCM dialectical typing and age,gender,stroke location and depression degree of PSD.Methods:In this study,the PSD of patients with initial ischemic stroke convalescence from January 2017 to December 2017 was studied in this study.The survey included prospective studies and retrospective studies.Prospective study data were obtained through clinical consultation,physical examination and scale measurement,and retrospective study data were obtained through previous hospitalization cases.All the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:The result: the study has selected 200 cases of post-hemorrhagic stroke and post-recovery depression as a subject of study,male 126,and 74 women,83 in the 60,and 117 in the 60-year group;Age: 45-79(53.9 + 8.6);The liver gas is 35%,the gas and the gas is 17%,the blood stasis is 17.5%,the heart and spleen are 30.5%;There were 70 cases of mild depression,76 cases of moderate depression and 54 cases of severe depression.Single stroke the patient 200 cases,including the frontal 60 cases,temporal,29 cases,20 cases the parietal lobe,occipital lobe of 17 cases,35 cases of the basement and internal capsule in 16 cases,13 cases,10 cases of brain stem,cerebellum.According to chi-fang analysis,there was no difference in TCM syndromes of different depression levels.There are statistical differences in TCM syndromes of different ages,genders and stroke sites.The Logistic regression analysis concluded that the 60-year-old female patient had something to do with the liver and the evidence;It is relate to that deficiency of 60 years old and male patient with deficiency of the heart and spleen;Frontal lobe stroke is associated with liver qi stagnation syndrome.Conclusion(s):< 60 years old,female patients is PSD of diseases within the risk factors;Acuity,60 male patients is a risk factor for PSD glove two deficiency syndrome;Frontal stroke is PSD of diseases within the risk factors.
