Follow-up Study On The Changes Of TCM Syndrome Type And Related Factors In Hypertensive Patients

Objective: To explore the changes of TCM syndromes and their potential rules in hypertensive patients at different time periods,and explore possible correlations between TCM syndromes and related factors in patients with essential hypertension at different time periods.Methods:On the basis of the results of the 2013 study,the same group of patients who had been diagnosed with essential hypertension were followed up in 2016.The original 644 cases excluded due to death,and the migrant workers moved off,collected complete cases of 300 cases,including 120 cases of male,female 180 cases,systematic review collected 3 years ago,the TCM four diagnostic information,biochemical indicators,TCM syndrome type,and the establishment of a database.Using SPSS20.0 statistical software,analyzed 3 years before and after the TCM syndrome distribution,analysis before and after 3 years of different ages and sexes,hypertension syndromes distribution changes before and after 3 years,the general situation and comparative analysis of changes in blood of patients with hypertension health index,compare the changes of biochemical indexes in hypertensive patients with TCM syndrome type and the same blood biochemical indexes before and after 3 years,compared with hypertensive patients with different TCM syndromes and change of blood before and after 3 years.Results:(1)3 years ago,TCM syndrome distribution proportion distribution: phlegm dampness type(54%),hyperactivity of liver fire type(28%),two(13.3%)of yin and yang deficiency type,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type(4.7%);3 years after the TCM syndrome distribution according to the proportion of distribution: hyperactivity of liver fire type(32.6%),two(24.7%)of yin and yang deficiency type,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type(22%),phlegm dampness type(20.7%);3 years before and after the TCM syndrome type distribution difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);specific analysis of 4 kinds of TCM syndrome type change before and after 3 years,found not all patients with syndrome type is according to the actual transfer of mingled turn deficiency to change,change from a case to another case,or by the deficiency into patients is positive.(2)between changes in the distribution of TCM syndrome in male patients with hypertension before and after 3 years;3 years between before and after changes in female patients with TCM syndrome type distribution of hypertension,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)3 years ago hypertension syndromes in different age distribution difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)however,after 3 years of hypertension syndromes are not(P>0.05);(4)3 years ago,after the hypertension patients with heart rate and hip were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and there is no significant weight,BMI,waist circumference change difference(P>0.05);(5)3 years ago,after the blood pressure in Cr,UA,TG,HDL-C,FBS indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05);while there was no significant difference between the changes of ALT,TC,LDL-C index(P>0.05);(6)3 years ago,after two hypertensive patients with deficiency of yin and Yang Type Cr,UA,TC,LDL-C index were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between ALT,TG,HDL-C,FBS index(P>0.05),after 3 years with ALT,TG index lower than 3 years ago,while HDL and FBS were more than 3 years ago with the rise;is the phlegm dampness type ALT,Cr,UA,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FBS index were statistically significant(P<0.05),after 3 years of hypertension in patients with ALT,Cr,UA and TC were more than 3 years ago,LDL-C and TG decreased,and HDL-C and FBS were 3 years ago,the same is increased;liver fire hyperactivity type ALT,Cr,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,FBS index has statistical significance(P<0.05),UA,TG index was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the same is the Yin and yang hyperactivity type ALT,TC,TG,LDL-C,FBS the index was statistically significant(P<0.01)And there was no significant difference between Cr,UA,HDL-C index(P>0.05);and(7)change in patients with hypertension of different TCM syndromes before and after 3 years: FBS and anger hyperactivity syndrome type and hyperactivity type correlation existed in the transformation,but does not rule out the association with TC,TG,ALT index the syndrome type II and HDL-C;between phlegm dampness type and hyperactivity type conversion are correlated,but does not rule out the association with Cr,TC,FBS and LDL-C index;the liver fire hyperactivity type between the type and phlegm dampness type correlation existed in the transformation,but does not rule out the association with Cr,LDL-C index;syndrome between Cr and hyperactivity and deficiency of yin and Yang and the two conversion of relevance,but does not rule out the association with ALT,HDL-C index;speculative between irascibility hyperactivity type and deficiency syndrome of yin and yang two,UA,TG conversion and Cr index have certain relevance;6 speculation The syndrome transformation between phlegm dampness type and Yin Yang two deficiency type has certain correlation with the indexes of UA,LDL-C and HDL-C.Conclusion:(1)3 years ago of TCM syndrome in patients with hypertension with positive phlegm dampness type and anger hyperactivity type,the proportion of positive after 3 years significantly decreased,with two false Deficiency Hyperactivity of yin and Yang and the proportion increased significantly,with the difference this change with time-varying syndromes by turning the change;(2)3 years ago,the TCM syndrome in patients with hypertension and gender changes associated with female patients,after 3 years after the change is still based on empirical overabundant liver fire and phlegm dampness type,and male patients into two false Deficiency Hyperactivity of yin and Yang and type(3 more;3 years ago,after)in patients with hypertension in general(heart rate,hip circumference)have some differences and changes of blood biochemical indexes;(4)after 3 years of changes,changes of indexes related to the same TCM syndrome type is different;(5)3 years ago,after the patients with hypertension There is a correlation between the change of the TCM syndrome type and the blood biochemical index.
