After years of exploration and reform,the reform of the personnel system of the medical and health institutions has been continuously implemented,and the staff organization of the medical institutions has also gradually changed.The number of employees in the YY hospitals has grown rapidly and has become a non-negligible group of hospitals.However,due to institutional,conceptual,and other reasons,there are many differences between salary system,employee recruitment,and career development in the YY Hospital.These differences are precisely related to the vital interests of hiring employees.Therefore,the turnover rate of hiring employees is relatively high.High,resulting in job vacancies,affecting the normal operation of the hospital,and there are more and more serious trends.Therefore,to curb the unreasonable loss of hospital staff employed by the hospital should be YY hospital's attention and concern,to retain employment system personnel,in particular to retain outstanding employment system is a major problem YY hospital.Through theoretical research and questionnaire survey methods,this article collects relevant data and information such as the management system,salary levels,benefits and benefits of staff employed in YY hospitals,and the history of staff turnover,and analyzes the employment status and loss status of employees employed by YY hospitals.Based on the Price-Mueller(2000)employee turnover model,combined with the relevant influencing factors of employee turnover rate derived from theoretical research and the actual employment status of the hiring system for YY hospitals,a survey questionnaire was designed to determine the impact of employee turnover on YY hospitals..A questionnaire was sent to all 150 employed employees to collect relevant sample data on the causes of the churn rate of YY hospital employees.Through principal component analysis,independent sample t-test,Pearson correlation coefficient,and logistic binomial regression analysis,the correlation between the influencing factors and turnover intention of the hiring system for YY hospital employees was examined,and the main factors affecting the turnover of employees in the hospital were found.Based on the above analysis results,the countermeasures to reduce the staff turnover rate in the employment system of YY hospitals were proposed.
