| Objective: To observe the clinical effects of self-made Xiaozheng prescription combined with Diphereline in preventing recurrence,relieving clinical symptoms and improving pregnancy outcomes after laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst removal,and to study the clinical advantages of Chinese and Western Medicine combined treatment.Methods: A total of 62 patients who had been diagnosed as ovarian endometriosis cysts with infertility from December 2015 to December 2016,and who underwent laparoscopic ovarian chocolate cyst excision in our hospital or outside hospital,and were treated in the department of gynecology or inpatient department of Hunan provincial traditional Chinese medicine hospital within one month after operation were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group(self-made Xiaozheng prescription + Diphereline group)and observation group(Diphereline group)with 31 cases each,and followed up for one year.The data of clinical symptoms,recurrence,CA125 values,ovarian function,pregnancy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The comparison and analysis of the clinical comprehensive effect of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better.The symptoms of dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain,anal pendant expansion and others were statistically significant after treatment in both groups compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference in dysmenorrhea between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in pelvic pain,anal pendant expansion and sexual intercourse pain between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)The CA125 values in same samples ofthe two groups were significantly decreased after 3 months of treatment and 3months of drug withdrawal compared with that before treatment,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different between the two groups after one year(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups after 3 months of treatment compared with that after 3 months of drug withdrawal(P<0.05).and the difference between two groups after 3 months of drug withdrawal was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The AMH values after 3 months of treatment in the treatment group was higher than before treatment,P<0.05,the difference is obvious.However,the AMH values after 3 months of treatment and drug withdrawal treatment compared to the value before treatment were significantly decreased in the control group,P<0.05,there was a significant difference between the two groups;Compared between the two groups,there was a significant difference in the AMH value after 3months of drug withdrawal(P<0.05).(5)The total pregnancy rate after treatment in the two groups compared,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,significant difference.Contrast analysis at different time periods,the pregnancy rate of two groups in 1-4 months after the drug treatment was significantly higher than that of 5-8 months,P<0.05,and there was a statistical difference.According to different r-AFS staging,the pregnancy rate of I-II in two groups was significantly higher than that in III-IV stage(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparing according to different fertility index,the pregnancy rate with 1-4 and 5-7 points of fertility index in two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).(6)After treatment,the side effects of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the side effects of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group.Conclusion: The combination of self-made Xiaozheng prescription and Diphereline could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,such as of dysmenorrhea,pelvic pain,sexual intercourse pain and anal pendant expansion and others.It could effectively prevent postoperative recurrence,reduce blood CA125 levels,and improve the postoperative ovarian reserve function and pregnancy rate,which couldalso significantly reduce the drug side effects caused by Gn Rh-a. |
