Objective:To evaluate the prevention and control effect of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients by nutritional dietary guidance.Methods: 120 cases of knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by epidemiological survey were randomly divided into observation group(group A)and control group(group B).Group B was given targeted dietary guidance on the basis of group A treatment.Before entering the group,the index values were observed at 3,6,and 12 months respectively.The main outcome measures were applied by bio electrical impedance analysis method(BIA)analysis of body composition,dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)knee function score(WOMAC).The data of database PUMMED,CNKI,CBM and Wanfang were retrieved,and the clinical effect was compared by using SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:Literature reference text retrieval from screening,this study will be grouped by the observation group(A group)and control group(B group)after the sex,age,education,BMI,KOA confirmed the time table list,and use the statistical analysis was not statistically significant(p>0.05),the two groups compared respectively before entering the group,observed in 3,6,12 months,VAS score and WOMAC score,the results before treatment and 3 months were observed when the three indexes had no significant difference(p>0.05),the B group at 6 months and three indexes were better than those of A group,but no significant difference was significant the difference was appeared at 12 months(p<0.05);the determination results of body composition were different compared to that in December two significant indexes of body fat percentage and muscle content than before entering the group(p<0.05);the difference between the two groups appeared in June morning(p<0.05_)in December when the difference between the difference It was very significant(p<0.01);bone mineral density of the observation group before entering the group-(2.54 ± 0.38),3 months(2.21± 0.51),6 months(1.59 ± 0.49),12 months(1.31 ± 0.27),control group group 3,6,and 12 months respectively-(2.53 ± 0.62),-(2.46 ± 0.49),-(2.38 ± 0.52),-(2.16 ± 0.38),the results showed that the two groups before and after the time difference in the group comparison,the differences were significant the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01);since 3 months both have significant difference(P<0.05),to observe the difference was significant((P<0.01)).It is considered that dietary nutrition guidance can significantly improve VAS score,WOMAC score,body fat and skeletal muscle content,bone mineral density,and so on,so as to promote the repair of knee cartilage and enhance the quality of KOA prevention and control.Conclusion:KOA routine diagnosis and treatment combined with dietary guidance can improve the composition of skeletal muscle,increase the bone density,improve the function of the knee joint and improve the quality of KOA prevention and control.This sample survey sample represents only part of the population,and the effect of dietary guidance on osteoarthritis of the knee is also required by more high-quality research.
