Objective:To explore the differences of clinical characteristics between pulmonary cryptococcosis(PC)and pulmonary aspergillosis(PA),so as to provide the evidence for clinical identification of these two diseases and reduce misdiagnosis. Methods:Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients with respectively pathological confirmed of pulmonary cryptococcosis or pulmonary aspergillosis in The First Affiliates Hospital Of Guangxi Medical University for a total of 4 years from Jan 2011 to Dec 2014,dividing into PC group(29 cases)and PA(39 cases),including demographic characteristics, clinical symptoms, imaging data. Results:In the PC group,18 cases combined host factors and(or)basic diseases, among them with diabetes mellitus was the most.27 cases had clinical symptoms and the most was cough. The most common imaging was nodules/mass type,18 cases mergered pleural thickening. The most common pathological sampling method was lung biopsy(19 cases)after the operation. But,in the PA group,32 cases combined host factors and(or)basic diseases, among them with pulmonary tuberculosis was the most.33 cases had clinical symptoms and the most was also cough, secondly Hemoptysis and sputum. The most common imaging was mixed type,19 cases mergered cavities. The most common pathological sampling method was also lung biopsy after the operation. No host factors or basic diseases of patients,nodules/mass type, merger pleural thickening,air-filled bronchi lesions, distribution in the left lower lobe and through the skin puncture lung biopsy method in the PC group were significantly higher than in the PA group(P<0.05).But,the repeated application of antibiotics, combining pulmonary tuberculosis, haemoptysis symptom, with calcification shadow, neighbor bronchiectasis, irregular thin walled cavity and air crescent sign in the PA group were significantly higher than in the PC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.PC had more prevalence rate than PA in patients without host factors or basic diseases.2.The most common clinical manifestations of two groups were cough, but haemoptysis was more happened in patients of PA.3.The main imaging in PC was nodules/mass type, and with pleural thickening and air-filled bronchi. But irregular thin-wall hollow, air crescent sign were more seen in patients of PA.4.The most common pathological sampling method of the wo groups was lung biopsy after the surgery.Secondly, through the skin puncture lung biopsy method was more common in PC group.
