Objective:To further enhance the knowledge of epidemiology、clinical manifestations、 diagnostic criteria and treatment for thePulmonary cryptococcosis. Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinical data from the patientswith Pulmonary Cryptococcosis Disease in the First Affiliated Hospital ofGuangxi Medical University from January to December in2013.Results:The proportion of men and women between patients is11:5,The average age is approximately50years old.Clinicalmanifestations of Pulmonary cryptococcosis may have largedifferences. Some patients only be found through Body-examinationwithout any obvious clinical symptoms.Someothers take fever、chestpain、cough、hemoptysis et symptoms. The imaging performance containmain characteristics such as solitary pulmonary nodules or patchy shadow.4patients were diagnosed by CT-guideding Transthoracic LungBiopsy(TTLB),2patients were diagnosed by Transbronchial LungBiopsy(TBLB),3patients were diagnosed by finding out the cryptococcusthrough the way of sputuming the smear and culture. And the other7patients were diagnosed by lung tissue pathological examination throughthe thoracoscopy surgery.During treatment,1patient was left hospitalwhen diagnosed. The others were cured with Fluconazole. To follow-updeadline,1patient lost follow-up,other patient’s condition did not appearfocus shift or relapse.Conclution:For a number of cases statistical analysing, clinicalmanifestations of Pulmonary cryptococcosis always have no specific.Themain clinical manifestations are cough、fever、hemoptysis and so on.Inclinical,it is hard to discriminate with lung inflammation、tuberculosis、lung cancer, and so on.there are several greatly pathological changes ofpulmonary cryptococcosis in imaging show that the changes on lesionsize、position、shape and involving the range.Lesions may performance asnodular or patchy images.Adopt to using Transbronchial LungBiopsy(TBLB)、Transthoracic Lung Biopsy(TTLB) and Surgery, are goodways to get diagnosis basis by pathological tissue testing.Regarding to thepatients who were first visited as“lung infection”or“tuberculosis”,after they had been treated normatively but without condition improved, should be treated as pulmonary cryptococcosis patients, needed to take biopsy as early as possible.
