Clinical Observation Of QiZi Decoction Together With Magnesium Sulfate And Nifedipine On Preeclampsia Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

Objective:Our objective was to determine whether QiZi Decoction together with Magnesium Sulfate and nifedipine on preeclampsia of liver and kidney yin deficiency type is more effective than Magnesium Sulfate and nifedipine for seizure prophylaxis in women with preeclampsia providing new theoretical support and scientific basis treatment for preeclampsia of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:Total of 60 Women with preeclampsia who came from Lv Liang Municipal People's Hospital Obstetric clinic were eligible for this observation.The cases were collected from January 2016 to November 2016.The cases were 20-40 years old,and the gestational age was 28 weeks-34 weeks.We included all randomised controlled trials(RCTs):QiZi Decoction together with Magnesium Sulfate and nifedipine as treatment group,Magnesium Sulfate and nifedipine as control group,compared the treatment group wifh the control group for seizure prophylaxis in women with preeclampsia during pregnancy with relevant outcomes : TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure levels and total protein excretion on 24-hour urine outcome.Results:1.Comprehensive clinic curative effect:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 93.33%,respectively,the clinical efficacy of the control group was90%.There was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);After treatment,the comprehensive TCM symptom clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 93.33%,respectively,the comprehensive TCM symptom clinical efficacy of the control group was80%.There was extremely statistically significant difference between the two groups(P?0.01);the difference between two group of drugs in improving in single TCM symptom clinical efficacy was statistically significant(P?0.05);two groups of TCM symptoms by wilcoxon test,the difference of two group was statistically significant(P?0.05);comparation of TCM symtom before and after therapy,There was extremely statistically significant difference between the two groups(P ?0.01);Overall,the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Clinical test results(1)The systolic blood pressure(SBP):There was no difference between the groups before treatment(P?0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure before and after treatment by Paired-Samples T Test,Between the two groups by Independent-Samples T Test,the difference between two group of drugs was statistically significant(P?0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)The diastolic blood pressure(DBP):There was no difference between the groups before treatment)(P?0.05)..After treatment,diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment by Paired-Samples T Test,difference between two group of drugs was statistically significant(P?0.05).Between the two groups by Independent-Samples T Test.There was no difference between the groups before treatment(P?0.05).The effect suggest the treatment group have some effectiveness in reduce diastolic blood pressure.(3)The total protein excretion on 24-hour urine :There was no difference between the groups before treatment(P?0.05).After treatment,total protein excretion on 24-hour urine before and after treatment by Paired-Samples T Test,difference between two group of drugs was extremely statistically significant((P?0.01).Between the two groups by Independent-Samples T Test.There was extremely statistically significant difference between the groups before treatment((P?0.01).The effect suggest the treatment group have some effectiveness in reduce diastolic blood pressure.3.During the treatment process,one in the control group appeared flustered,given ECG immediately showed that there was no abnormalities,the patient soon relieve after a short break.4.We make a review after after maternal deliver 12 weeks,there were no one appeared high blood pressure.Conclusion:1.The study shows that QiZi decoction together with Magnesium Sulfate and nifedipine on the liver and kidney yin deficiency in patients with preeclampsia,control blood pressure stablely an improve clinical symptoms.2.QiZi Decoction together with Magnesium Sulfate and nifedipine provides a new theoretical support and scientific basis treatment for preeclampsia of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.
