| Preeclampsia is unique complications of pregnancy patients,threatening the health of maternal and child.The incidence rate is about 5%,Researches show that variety of factors including vascular endothelial damage,oxidative stress,and placental ischemia can led the occuring of preeclampsia.The main pathophysiology change of this disease consistently thinked was spasm of systemic small vessel and endothelial damage and local ischemia.Research data shows that oxidized low density lipoprotein is related with disorder of endothelial function.NO is the main factor that dilate small vessel released by endothelial,vascular endothelial damage can lead to the decrease of NO in synthesis,release and activity.Magnesium sulfate has obvious effect in the treatment of patients with eclampsia earlier by sedation,antispasm and dilated small vessel.Salvia Miltiorrhiza is traditional drugs that has the synergistic effect with Magnesium sulfate by eliminating oxygen radical and reducing blood Viscosity.There is not related research about effects of Magnesium sulfate combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein and NO in patients with preeclampsia and its clinical efficacy.120 patients with preeclampsia who were treated in our hospital were selected to discuss the oxidized low density lipoprotein,NO and the clinical efficacy.Objective: To discuss the effects of Magnesium sulfate combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein and NO in patients with preeclampsia and its clinical efficacy.Meantime to offer more ways to treat Preeclampsia.Methods:1 Research subjects(1)experimental groups: 120 cases of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy patients in our hospital(Hebei People’s Hospital)from March 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected.The patients were including mild preeclampsia patients and patients with severe preeclampsia(each 30 cases).(2)control group: 120 cases of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy patients in our hospital(Hebei People’s Hospital)from March 2016 to February 2017 were randomly selected.The patients were including mild preeclampsia patients and patients with severe preeclampsia(each 30 cases).There were no patients with diabetes,chronic hypertension,chronic liver disease,kidney disease,immune system disorder in both groups.The patients in the both two groups were treated with routine antihypertensive treatment,the patients in the control group were treated on the base of theconventional treatment with 25%magnesium sulfate intravenous drip,20 g a day,patients in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with Salvia Miltiorrhiza ntravenous drip,250 ml each time,once a day.2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of a course of treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,oxidized low density lipoprotein and visfatinlevels.were compared in the two groups of patients.The result can prove the viability and effectiveness of Magnesium sulfate combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza in patients with preeclampsia.2 Experimental method6 ml fasting cubits venous blood of two groups were collected in morning.The sample were centrifuged for 10 minutes by2000 r/min and were saved in-70℃ refrigerator.The serum oxidized low density lipoprotein of two groups were detected by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay.The serum NO of two groups were detected by Nitrate reductase assay kit.3 Statistical analysisAll data we get were analyzed by SPSS13.0.(1)measurement data was analyzed by X2 test.(2)Comparison between two groups were analyzed by T-test.(3)P = 0.05 was the significantly different standards of each group.Results:1 Oxidized low density lipoprotein was in the same level before the therapy and was lower after the therapy.The oxidized low density lipoprotein of two groups were 328.04±91.33ug/L,336.42±97.26ug/L and203.45±66.70ug/L,253.17±72.85ug/L.The differences were statistically significant.2 NO was in the same level before the therapy and was higher after the therapy.The NO of two groups were 3.40±1.41umol/L,3.38 ± 1.40umol/ L and 3.96±0.80umol/L,4.68±0.78umol/L.The differences were statistically significant.3 The blood pressure was in the same level before the therapy and was lower after the therapy.The blood pressure of two groups were 151.8±5.49/105.50±3.47 mm Hg,150.62±7.82/104.61±4.49 mm Hg,140.32±5.56/96.45±3.72 mm Hg,145.33±8.47/102±2.89 mm Hg.54 cases of experiment group is clinical symptoms relieved and the validity is 90.0%.42 cases of experi-ment group is clinical symptoms relieved and the validity is 70.0%,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:1 In the research,Oxidized low density lipoprotein was in the same level before the therapy and was lower after the therapy.The experiment group is more lower and its clinical efficacy is significantly better.2 In the research,NO was in the same level before the therapy and was higer after the therapy.The experiment group is more higher and its clinical efficacy is significantly better.3 Magnesium sulfate combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza in patients with preeclampsia has obvious clinical efficacy,speculate that it is relate to reduce oxidized low density lipoprotein and improve NO levels. |
