The Correlation Between Ankle Brachial Index And The Surgical Method Of Patients With Femoral Artery Pseudoaneurysm Caused By Injection

Objective:In hunan normal university the second affiliated hospital of general surgery patients femoral pseudoaneurysms caused by drug injection in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,explore the ankle brachial index in patients with femoral pseudoaneurysms caused by injection of drug in the choice of operation.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the second affiliated hospital of hunan normal university in July 2015 to July 2017 lines of femoral artery ligation of three treatment of 40 cases of patients with femoral artery pseudoaneurysms caused by injection drug clinical information;In patients with preoperative ankle brachial index(ABI)on the basis of the size(0.8?1.0 mild ischemia group and 0.5?0.8 for moderate ischemia group,<0.5)for severe ischemia group 40 patients were divided into 3 groups,mild ischemia group of 18 cases,moderate ischemia group of 12 cases,10 cases of severe ischemia group;Comparison of clinical efficacy between the three groups(observation indexes:skin temperature,dorsal artery pulsation,peripheral blood oxygen saturation,resting pain,ischemic necrosis sign).Then resting in 40 patients with pain,ischemic necrosis in patients with signs of positioning is invalid,there are 18 cases,18 cases,0 cases of mild ischemia group,moderate ischemia group and 9 cases of severe ischemia group of 9 cases,18 cases as invalid group,invalid group 4 hours after surgery adept vessel revascularization;In 22 cases,there were 18 patients with mild ischemia,3 in moderate ischemic group,1 in severe ischemic group and 22 in effective group.The ankle brachial index level between the invalid group and the effective group was compared.Results:Among the 40 patients with femoral artery pseudoaneurysm,the clinical efficacy of patients with mild ischemia and moderate ischemic group was significantly better than that of severe ischemic group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).18 cases of postoperative patients with invalid group immediately line vessel revascularization,rows of vascular remodeling in patients with postoperative clinical curative effect is superior to femoral artery ligation of three,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P BBB 0 0.05).The average ankle brachial index of 18 cases was 0.53 +0.20,and the average ankle brachial index was 0.80 + 0.14 in the effective group,and the mean difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with femoral artery pseudoaneurysm caused by injecting drug,the preoperative ankle brachial index of>0.8 was able to perform the ligation of the femoral artery directly.When the preoperative ankle brachial index<0.5,the vascular reconstruction must be performed;When the preoperative ankle brachial index was between 0.5 and 0.8,the surgical method was determined.
