Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Cervicitis Combined With HPV Infection With Shugan Jianpi Jiedu Method

Objective:To observe the improvement of clinical manifestations of chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection(traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome),observe the change of immune factors in the vaginal lavage fluid and observe the effects of soothing the liver,invigorating spleen and toxin-removing method.Detoxification treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection of the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action,expectation for the clinical treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection in China to provide an effective treatment program and theoretical reference.Methods:This subject collected 30 cases of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection(traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type)in the gynecological outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between May 2016 and December 2017.The spleen detoxification method proposed by the prescription oral drug combination of yellow child vaginal film homeopathic medication,medication after a course of treatment,observe the efficacy,before and after treatment comparison study.Medication method:3 days after menstruation,Chinese medicine decoction on the 1st day,decoction 300ml,sooner or later,sub-service;at the same time child yellow membrane agent bedtime vaginal home drug every other day,10 times a month on the drug,withdrawal during menstruation,The 3 consecutive menstrual cycles are 1 course of treatment.Result:1.The scores of patients with TCM syndromes after one course of treatment were better than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome scores after one course of treatment was 30 cases,10 cases were cured,and 7 cases were markedly effective.Effective in 10 cases,invalid in 3 cases,the effective rate was 90.00%.2.After treatment for one course of treatment,the cervical mucous membrane was improved in 30 cases,9 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 90.00%.3.After one course of treatment,HPV negative was found in 22 of the 30 patients,and the negative rate was 73.33%.In 8 patients,although the HPV was not negative,the HPV DNA viral load decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05);the HPV DNA load was combined with the HPV DNA load.The treatment of HPV was cured in 22 cases,effective in 3 cases,invalid in 5 cases,the effective rate was 83.3%.4.After one course of treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-? increased after treatment.The levels of IFN-y increased more significantly,the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 decreased,and Th1/Th2 increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety observation:There was no abnormal change in blood,urine routine,liver function,or renal function before and after treatment,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:Shuganjianpijiedu treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection(Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of liver depression and spleen deficiency)has obvious curative effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve the HPV negative rate,improve the local immune micro-environment of the cervix,blocking the lesion With further development,clinical application is safe and reliable,and it is worth further research and promotion.
