| Objective:To study the traditional Chinese medicine Fuyanshu capsule and Western medicine antibiotics(levofloxacin+metronidazole)combined treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease(damp heat stasis)clinical research,observation of combined treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease of the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and observe the changes of TNF-in serum of patients with alpha and INF-r content of medication before and after,to investigate the relationship between serum TNF-alpha and INF-r and pelvic inflammatory disease,so as to provide an effective theoretical basis for further study of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine clinical curative effect of combined treatment of PID.Methods:All cases collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine were diagnosed as chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(damp heat stasis type)in the 04 month of 2017,-2018,04,2017,and the total income was 120 cases.According to the patient's order of treatment,the patients were randomly divided into 60 cases in the experimental group and 60 in the control group.The drug test group received Fuyanshu capsule(0.4g/capsule,5 capsules each time,3 times a day,early,middle and late taking medication for 56 days);Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets(0.5g/tablets,1 pills each time,1 times a day,taken in the evening)+ Metronidazole Tablets(0.2g/tablet,2 tablets once a day.2,early and late),take medication for 14 days(from first days to fourteenth days after entering the group).The control group was given drug Fuyanshu capsules simulated agent(0.4g/capsules,5 capsules each time,3 times a day,early,middle and late,taking medication for 56 days);Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets(0.5g/tablets,1 pills each time,1 times a day,taken in the evening)+ Metronidazole Tablets(0.2g/tablet,2 tablet a time and 2 times a day,morning and evening),taking medication for 14 days(from first days to fourteenth days after entering the group).Patients with medication for 56 days(1 cycles)by observing the WBC,ESR,C reactive protein of two groups of patients with positive rate of gynecological transvaginal ultrasound mass and the amount of fluid to improve the situation,and the effect of TNF-alpha in serum,the level of factor IFN-r,after 1 menstrual cycles,the relapse rate of the disease and sequelae of pelvic pain.Follow up.T test,rank sum test were used to compare the changes between groups and groups before and after treatment.Result:1.In the two groups of patients,the effective rate of the TCM syndrome integral test group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 28 day of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.The two groups of patients were followed up for 1 menstrual cycles,after treatment,after treatment,the treatment group was 10.17%,the control group was 96.61%,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).3.The incidence of pelvic pain in the two groups followed up 1 menstrual cycles after treatment:the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 18.64%,the recurrence rate in the control group was 86.44%,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).4.After treatment,the content of TNF-alpha in the peripheral blood of the experimental group was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.01).The content of TNF-a in the peripheral blood of the control group was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.01),and the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).P<0.01).5.After treatment,the content of IFN-r in the peripheral blood of the experimental group was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.01).The content of IFN-r in the peripheral blood of the group was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Fu Yan Shu combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole,the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and stasis type is better than using antibiotics alone.It can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,and can reduce the recurrence rate after 1 menstrual cycles after treatment.2.Fu Yan Shu capsule may improve the clinical efficacy of pelvic inflammatory disease by reducing the expression of TNF-alpha and IFN-r in peripheral blood. |
