Objective By observing the Clinical curative effect observation of tong jing fang for PD of the cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type.to understand tong jing fang how to reduce premenstrual and menstrual abdomen pain, pale, cold sweat dripping wet, cold limbs jue, stewing, waist ache, nausea and vomiting, the improvement of symptoms of anal.Comparing the changes before and after treatment of PGF2a(prostaglandin F2 alpha) and PGE2(prostaglandin E2) 、PGF2a/PGE2 in blood. to make a judgement of tong jing fang how to reduce premenstrual and menstrual abdomen pain, pale, cold sweat dripping wet, cold limbs jue, stewing, waist ache, nausea and vomiting, the improvement of symptoms of anal and the influence on PGF2 a,,PGE2,,PGF2a/PGE2 in blood.Methods 30 cases of primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature of the cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type patients all evidence met the inclusion criteria, were given the tong jing fang flavored oral therapy, 1 days prior to the menstrual period started medication, take 2, every medicine took 2 times a day, even with 3 doses, If pain is obvious, then took three times a day, a menstrual cycle is 1 treatment course, observing three courses continously, make a judgemengt of the efficacy based on clinical symptoms tongjing score after the treatment,. before the treatment and after the three treatments, use the chemical determination of enzyme-linked immunoassay PGF2 alpha and PGE2 in the serum of patients with numerical size.Result Tongingfang treatment for primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature of 30 patients with cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type, cured in 7 cases(23.33%); obviously effective in 11 cases(36.67%); effective in 8 cases(26.67%); invalid in 4 cases(13.33%); the total effective rate is 86.67%. There was a significant difference with the t test,p<0.05, the score of all Clinical symptoms of theintegraldecreased,andwih the t test,p<0.01;also after the treatment the level of PGF2a、PGF2a/PGE2,all decreased,and wih the t test,p<0.01;there was a signifacant diference.Conclusion Tongjingfang is an effective drugs to treat the primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature and blood stasis type that can effectively treat and relieve premenstrual and menstrual abdomen pain, cold sweat dripping wet, limbs of appetite and other symptoms,It can reduce prostaglandin F2a(PGF2 alpha) in the blood significantly, the PGF2 a, PGE2 was significantly lower than before. It means dysmenorrhea can effectively alleviate the degree of blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea with primary dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature, also improve the patient’s life quality.
