Objective: This study intends to apply lumbar dynamic sensor technology to monitoring the lumbar back muscle of the patients with lumbar disc herniation analyzes the data,and feedback data to the patients timely,so as to guide the waist and back muscle function exercise.Through comparing the difference between observation index before exercise and observation index after exercise.This thesis studies the application of lumbar sensor in improving lumbar back muscle exercise of the patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods: This research selects 42 patients with lumbar disc herniation in Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province(Orthopedic Institute of Henan Province)from June,2016 to December,2016 as the research object.The researches divided these 42 people two group averagely,one group patients wear the lumbar sensor,the other group do not.Through assessing the observing index of the patients,this thesis could guide the patients stretch back muscle using swallow type or arch bridge type(five supporting spots).Before the two group patients do the exercise,this study analyzes the difference of the baseline data,the Visual Analogue core and JOA low back pain score,and also analyzes the data of diameter the lumbar segment crack muscle(A-P),and cross-sectional area(CSA)using the color doppler ultrasound.After three months' back muscle functional exercise according to the experimental requirements,this research analyzes the difference of the two group in VAS,JOA and bilateral multiple crack diameter and cross-sectional.In the end,this thesis assess the curative effect of two groups' patients according to the TCM therapeutic effect evaluation standard of disease.Results: What the research had analyzed the difference between the two groups' patients in baseline data,JOA low back pain score,VAS pain score,the more crack diameter and cross-sectional area before and after muscle before experiment is not statistical significant(p >0.05).The group wearing a sensor scored an average of23.58 + /-2.29 in JOA low back pain score,the conventional group scored an average of 19.68 + /-2.38 in JOA,so the group wearing a sensor is better than the convention group in improving low back pain.VAS visual analogue scale method VAS score scored an average of 0.68 + /-0.58,conventional group JOA scored an average of 1.84 + /-0.90,so the group wearing a sensor is significantly better than the conventional group in reduction in pain VAS score sensor group.Color to exceed measuring lumbar muscle morphological changing values,sensor group lumbar segment crack before and after muscle size and torn muscle group were superior to conventional cross-sectional area to improve the situation.Will wear sensor group and normal group according to the TCM therapeutic effect evaluation standard of disease in patients with curative effect comparison analysis,sensor treatment group total effective rate was 89.47%,the conventional group total effective rate was 68.42%,total effective rate of wear sensor group was obviously better than the conventional group.Conclusion: That patients wearing the lumbar spine dynamic sensor guidance back muscle function with Lumbar disc herniation exercise can effectively improve exercise adherence of the patients with Lumbar disc herniation,so it suggests that the function of patients with low back muscle get more improvement than those patients with pure of back muscle on their own under the guidance of functional exercise.
