Based On The "Yiqi Yangxue Anshen" Of Professor Zhou Yabin In The Treatment Of Chest Obstruction Drug Law

Objective:The drug law professor Zhou Yabin clinical treatment of chest pain were summarized,and the etiology,pathogenesis and other related chest pain in the literature related theory are summarized,and the research of Professor Zhou Yabin in clinical treatment of chest pain and medication rules according to the law.Methods:This study from 2016 01 to 2017 01 months,visits to the outpatient department of Cardiology the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,treated by Professor Zhou Yabin of the chest pain patients prescription.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,246 cases were selected and 246 prescriptions were selected.Through the statistical method of frequency frequency analysis and cluster analysis,the drug was sorted and the rules and methods of drug use were discussed.Result:107 drugs were obtained from 246 prescriptions which accords with the standard.After frequency analysis,53 of the drugs with frequency above 26 times(Table 1),the cumulative frequency reached 90%,which is the main drug for the treatment of the disease.The frequency of more than 100 times,there are 18 drugs:liquorice,Rhizoma Pinelliae,astragalus,Codonopsis,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Fructus Schisandrae,Poria,Radix Polygalae,ophiopogon root,tuckahoe,nard,bupleurum root,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Scutellariae,Platycodon root,peach kernel,angelica powder,37,up to 51.96%,as the core of Medicine Professor Zhou Yabin treatment of chest pain.The medicine statistics available,drugs commonly used by the use of frequency in the tonic,blood stasis,antipyretic,sedative,dampness,phlegm medicine,medicine for relieving cough and asthma relieving medicine,Qi medicine,astringent drug,hemostatic medicine,diarrhea medicine,warm in medicine,dampness drugs,drugs for inducing resuscitation.Among them,the cumulative frequency of supplementing deficiency drugs,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,antipyretic drugs and antipyretic drugs reached 55.24%.The commonly used drugs go through,twelve are from the drug distribution,the main parts can be seen,the heart and liver and spleen is the core of the mentor treatment of chest pain,the cumulative frequency reached 50%.Among them,the number of drug flavors with less Yin meridian was the highest,reaching the highest 27 times.In the five statistics of drugs,the main factors are Gansu,bitter and symplectic,and the cumulative frequency can reach 79.78%.In the statistics of four drugs,the frequency of plain sex was most 1434,followed by micro cold 17.28%and cold 12.26%.And the flat,warm taste of the most,up to 14 flavors.The second is 10 flavors of cold sex and 8 flavors with slight cold.The results of drug variable cluster analysis obtained 8 groups of common drugs and 5 groups of commonly used drugs.Conclusion:1.pinellia,licorice,Astragalus and Codonopsis,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Fructus Schisandrae,Poria,Radix Polygalae,ophiopogon root,Poria,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Bupleuri,Gan Song,Platycodon root,scutellaria root,peach kernel,angelica powder,37,the cumulative frequency of 51.96%,core drugs for Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of coronary heart.2.Tonic medicine,the main drugs remove blood stasis drugs,antipyretic,sedative,diuresis medicine,medicine for relieving cough and asthma heartache tutor Professor Zhou Yabin for treatment of angina pectoris.3.The heart,spleen,liver and heart of clinical medicine the main ingredients of sweet and bitter,pungent as a mentor in the treatment of coronary and meridian.4.Yiqihuoxue,calming,soothing,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation is the main method for the treatment of Professor Zhou Yabin to treat chest pain.
