| Objective: To observe the clinical effect and the effect on the level of hs-CRP in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with sanjiaocidi therapy,and to explore the mechanism of this method in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method: According to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,the patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group were treated with routine western medicine and rehabilitation therapy,and the therapy of sanjiaocidi added in treatment group to the original treatment group.After the course of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated before and after treatment,and the scores of TCM symptom,cognitive function(Mini-Mental State Examination),motor function(Fugl-Meyer assessment)were evaluated,and the detection results of hs-CRP,all the results were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of cognitive function were improved in both groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).(3)After treatment,the motor function scores of the two groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)After treatment,the content of hs-CRP in both groups was decreased(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: This study preliminarily proved that Sanjiaocidi therapy has remarkable curative effect on patients with cerebral infarction.It can improve TCM symptom score,motor function,cognitive function and self-care ability of daily life.The level of hs-CRP was also decreased. |
