Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia By Deficiency Of Kidney Essence And Cognitive Training

Purpose:To provide new ideas for clinical treatment of vascular dementia with deficiency of kidney essence by observing the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and cognitive training on renal sperm deficiency type vascular dementia.Method:60 cases of renal sperm deficiency type vascular dementia were selected,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random digital table method.The treatment group was a cognitive training group(30 cases),and the control group was a cognitive training group(30 cases).The two groups were treated for 28 days,7 days for a course,and 1 days for each treatment.Before and after treatment,the simple mental state checklist MMSE,daily living capacity scale ADL,Montreal cognitive assessment scale MoCA and TCM Syndrome Scale SDSVD were evaluated,and the differences between the subjects before and after treatment were compared,and the results were obtained according to the statistical analysis.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of flying acupuncture combined with cognitive training in treating vascular dementia with deficiency of kidney essence.Result:1.the two groups of patients after treatment cognitive function score(MMSE)comparison,the total improvement rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,the total improvement rate of the control group was 76.7%,the two groups of curative effect compared P<0.05,with statistical difference,flying through Qi acupuncture combined with cognitive training group was better than the cognitive training group.2.two groups of patients with daily life ability score(ADL)comparison,the effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%,the two groups of curative effect compared P<0.05,with statistical difference,flying through Qi acupuncture combined with cognitive training group was better than the cognitive training group.3.in the two groups,the Montreal cognitive assessment scale score(MOCA)was compared with the P<0.05,with statistical difference.The treatment group was better than the cognitive training group.4.the two groups of patients with vascular dementia after the treatment of TCM syndrome score(SDSVD)comparison,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,the two groups of curative effect compared P<0.05,with statistical difference,flying through Qi acupuncture combined with cognitive training group was better than the cognitive training group.Conclusion:1.flying acupuncture combined with cognitive training and cognitive training can improve cognitive function,life or social behavior ability,Montreal cognitive level and TCM syndrome,but the effect of comprehensive therapy is more significant.2.flying acupuncture combined with cognitive training is high and the curative effect is remarkable.It provides a new effective treatment method for patients with kidney deficiency deficiency type vascular dementia,which is suitable for popularization and application in clinical practice.
