Objective: to study the recurrence of atrial fibrillation(AF)after radiofrequency ablation of associated risk factors, provide a reference basis for the prediction and prevention of postoperative recurrence. Methods: by collecting 2015.08-2016.08 in anhui hospital heart international line of radiofrequency ablation of AF patients with 234 cases, records of atrial fibrillation in patients with type, with or without hypertension, sugar metabolic abnormalities and diseases such as coronary heart disease(CHD),statistics of the age, gender,Use after measuring the left front esophagus heart colour to exceed the diameter(LAD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),according to the calculated dynamic ecg records of patients with postoperative heart rate variability(HRV).Relapse group and recurrence were compared the difference of clinical data, analysis of AF related risk factors for recurrence after radiofrequency ablation Results: the total of 234 patients included in the study, among them,202 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,32 cases of patients with persistent af.A total of 105 cases of patients with postoperative recurrence, overall recurrence rate was 44.9%,including patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation recurrence rate was 38.6%,the recurrence rate was 84.3% in patients with persistent af and persistent af recurrence rate higher than that of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients, the difference was statistically significant(chi-square = 23.34,P < 0.01);Single factor analysis results show that the recurrence rate(55.8%)than hypertension patients without hypertension(34.9%),the difference was statistically difference(chi-square = 10.299,P = 10.299).Diabetic patients relapse rate(83.3%)than patients without diabetes(42.6%),differences statistically significant(chi-square = 11.661,P = 0.001).Recurrence group,in the course of the disease were higher than the average age recurrence group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);Recurrence after the group left front the mean diameter of 43.84 + /-5.853 mm,than not relapse after the group left front the mean diameter of 40.99 + /-5.755 mm,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.001).Relapse group and recurrence group variability HRV analysis, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Recurrence rates between different gender patients with no statistical difference(P> 0.05).Whether patients with coronary heart disease between recurrence and no statistical significance(P> 0.05);Ejection fraction recurrence group compared with no recurrence,no significant difference(P> 0.05).Multiple factors regression analysis showed that patients with high blood pressure(RR 2.266,95% CI 2.266 1.143),diabetes(RR 6.416,95% CI 1.682 to 6.416)for persistent atrial fibrillation, atrial fibrillation type(RR 10.20,95% CI 10.20 3.511)and long duration(RR 1.121,95% CI 1.121 1.042)is a risk factor for recurrence after radiofrequency ablation, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Diabetes, hypertension, age, left after the front size, type of atrial fibrillation and its duration time is a risk factor for AF recurrence after radiofrequency ablation;Gender and coronary heart disease and left ventricular ejection fraction, unclear effects on postoperative recurrence of atrial fibrillation;HRV has certain evaluation function for recurrence.
