| Objectives:To study the application regulations of JingJieLianQiao Tang,summarize its applicable population,thereby improving the safety and effectiveness of the clinical application.Methods:To standarized classify and analyze the relevant literature of JingJieLianQiao Tang,which can be divided into disease spectrum,population characteristics and typical indications,therefore can obtain its applicable population based on the study of the above three parts.Results:The results of the study on the applicable population of JingJieLianQiao Tang are listed as follows.1.Disease spectrumDermatological diseases:acne vulgaris,dermatitis,allergic dermatitis,ulcerative diseases,erythema,gangrene,herpes,eczema,radiation injury,lichen planus,folliculitis,pompholyx,urticarial,drug eruption,alopecia,athlete’s foot,rosacea.ENT diseases:rhinitis,sinusitis,otitis media,external otitis,tinnitus,deafness,maxillary sinus purulent disease,tonsillitis,pharyngitis.Digestive diseases:colitis,gastritis,peptic ulcers.Gynecologic diseases:dysmenorrhea,vaginitis,cervical erosion,gynecologic inflammation,prepregnancy conditioning,infertility.Surgical diseases:hyperplasia of mammary glands,hemorrhoids.Ophthalmic disease:retinopathy.Stomatologic disease:oral ulcers.Rheumatic immune system diseases:systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Neuropsychological disorders:headache,anxiety,neurasthenia.Hematological disease:thrombocytosis.Others:tuberculosis disease,hemorrhagic disease.2.Population characteristicsFrequent onset in autumn,commonly seen in women,ages 20-29 and 30-39.Body shape;either in strong,medium or thin body.Skin complexion:either dark or shiny skin.Facial complexion:either oily,blushing,sallow,or dark face.Eyes:dark circles.Hair:thick black hair,oily hair,thick eyebrows.Lips:either red,dark,or thick lips.Throat:red throat.3.Typical indicationsDermatological symptoms:acne,rash,skin ulceration,redness,swelling and burning pain,lesion purulency,lesion exudation,lesion erosion,lesion itch,cyst scars or crust,dry skin,alopecia,facial sores.Head and facial symptoms:headache,dizziness,oral ulcers,running nose,thick nasal discharge,stuffy nose,epistaxis,nasal pain,ear congestion,swollen and painful ears,red,swollen and sore throat,swollen and painful tonsils,itchy throat,dry eyes,dry mouth,bitter taste,bleeding gums.Gynecologic symptoms:dysmenorrhea,menstrual blood clots,breast distension before menstruation,hypomenorrhea,menorrhagia,dark menstrual color,excessive volume of leucorrhea,yellowish leucorrhea.Physical symptoms:abdominal pain,abdominal distension,chest congestion,cough,loss of appetite,stiff body,nausea and vomiting,lumbago.Constitutional symptoms:excessive sweating,fever,joint aches and pains,aversion to cold.Bladder and bowel symptoms:constipation,loose stools,difficult defecation.Mental and neurological symptoms:insomnia,dreaminess,restlessness and irritability,fatigue.Limbs’ symptoms:cold limbs,excessive sweating of limbs,athlete’s foot,stiff lower limbs.Tongue:red tongue tip,red,dark,or pale tongue,greasy,thick,thin,yellow,or white tongue coating.Pulse:tight,rapid,wiry,slippery,or thin pulse.Abdominal palpation:abdominal muscle tension,fullness and discomfort in chest and hypochondrium. |
