Analysis Of Optimization Scheme And The Application Of IVAP In Patients Undergoing Adjuvant Chemotherapy For Breast Cancer

Objective:To analyze the clinical application of IVAP in patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer,and develop a more effective implanted operating procedure.Methods:We collected 143 patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer from our hospital's breast thyroid surgery between July 2015 and February 2018.According to the individual's wishes to chose four different methods of intravenous infusion,including 64 cases of implantable venous access port(IVAP group),41 cases of peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC group),15 cases of central venous catheters(CVC group)and 23 cases of intravenous indwelling needle(venous indwelling needle group).After consummation of the operation of the front 32 patients in the IVAP group,the experience was sunmed up and an optimized operating procedure was developed.The remaining 32 patients in the IVAP group used the optimized optimized operating and they were classified as optimized IVAP groups.Through clinical observation and retrospective analysis of the incidence of complications,functional status scores,physical status scores,quality of life scores,disposable punctures,one puncture success rate,tube operation time,maintenance operation time and other related influencing factors during catheterization in patients undergoing intravenous infusion therapy,and statistical analysis and comparison.Results:The complication rates,functional status scores,physical status scores,and quality of life scores were compared in the IVAP group,the PICC group,the CVC group and the venous indwelling needle group.The incidence of complications was significantly higher in the IVAP group than the other three groups,and three kinds of scores were significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).Comparing the one puncture success rate and the maintenance operation time between the IVAP group and the PICC group,the IVAP group has a significantly higher one puncture success rate and the shorter maintenance time than the PICC group(P<0.05).Comparing the one puncture success rate and the catheter operation time between the unmodified IVAP group and the optimized IVAP group,the optimized IVAP group has a significantly higher one puncture success rate and the shorter catheter operation time(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Patients with breast cancer adjuvant chemotherapy are more suitable for intravenous infusion IVAP,which is more conducive to the patient to complete the entire treatment process;2.The improved IVAP optimized operation program can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and save the operating time.
