Objective:To analyse correlation between clinical factors and cerebral infarction after spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Method:We designed a retrospective study in 535 inpatients from September 2005 to December 2008 with spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage. We apply logistic regression to predict the probablity of cerebral infarction under categoried clinical factors after careful invesgation and analysis. Results:The age, history diseases, GCS (Glasgow coma scale), and the concentration of serum sodium of patients who have suffered from SAH have the sense in Statistics. Thoses who were older than 65, had history diseases, especially diabetes, and were in the low lever of serum sodium, were moer easily attacked by cerebral infarction than the other. And the low scores of GCS promise possible cerebral infarction and bad prognoses. We installed a prognostic model of high estimation with an accuracy of 95.7%. The incidence of secendery cerebral infarction after SAH was 8.41%. Contrasted with the infarction's, the incidence of cerebral vasospasm, slenderness and stenosis was 13.36%, which showed that they had no entirely parallel relationship. Conclusion:Age, history diseases and the concetration of serum sodium have a close relationship with the occurrence of cerebral infarcion after SAH. GCS can be used to predict the patients'outcome. The cerebral vasospam and the secendary infarction may have no entirely parallel relationship.
