Objective to investigate the clinical practice and teaching methods of affiliated hospitals,and to analyze the feasibility of the teaching of clinical probationary teachers.Methods Trainee in lianyungang city first people's hospital of xuzhou medical college clinical special course students were selected as study subjects,in 2014 and 2013,all subjects had classed of traditional practice teaching method,teachers taught clinical probation classes during clinical work.Scores of the final exam of pediatrics,internal medicine,obstetrics and gynecology,and trainee report results were collected,as the control group.The intervention measures were adopted for the children's science in 2016 and 2015,as the experimental group.Namely pediatrics teaching teachers have an apprentice class semester,stop all clinical work,listen to the corresponding theory according to the requirement,and fully understand the theory explain the course content,in clinical targeted trainee class teaching.The methods of obstetrics and gynecology were unchanged as a control group.To collect the results of the final examination results of the two years of science,internal science,obstetrics and gynecology.In 2016 and 2015,the final exam results of the children's science were compared with the final grade of pediatrics in 2014 and 2013.In 2016,the score of the children's science in 2015 was compared with that of obstetrics and gynecology in the same year.In 2016,the results of the children's science internship report in 2016 were compared with those in 2014 and 2013.Using Excel to collate data,the classification data was indicated by rate or percentage,and the SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the ridit p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate the subjective effects brought by different teaching effects and compare them with the teachers of the four years.To study the effect of reproduction teaching on teachers'bonuses and promotion titles.Discuss students' views on different teaching methods.Results The results of the final exam of the children's science in 2016 and 2015 were compared with the final grade of pediatrics in 2014 and 2013,and ?2=10.5238,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.In 2016,the results of the final exam of pediatrics were compared with that of obstetrics and gynecology in the same year,and ?2= 13.7307,P<0.05 was statistically significant.In 2015,the results of the final exam of the children's science were compared with that of obstetrics and gynecology in the same year,with ?2=15.6402 and P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Compared with 2014 and 2013,the results of the internship report in 2016 and 2015 were compared with that of ?2= 11.0131,and the difference between P<0.05 was statistically significant.There is a lot less money to be taught than a clinical one.In terms of professional title,the hospital is not very aggressive in taking care of the teaching.Survey shows that students are more likely to accept full-time teaching,the main reason is that with the teacher's explanation is more accurate,not rich and theory about repetition,the content of the teaching teachers don't have to be distracted by a higher clinical teaching attentively to student's attention.Conclusion It is a way to improve the teaching effect of courses,not only to improve the effect of the lessons,but also to improve the learning effect of the whole course.In terms of teaching efficiency,it is worth vigorously promoting.But from a teacher's point of view,it is still necessary to make necessary research on the treatment of the off-production period,and give more support to the promotion of professional titles.In order to improve teachers' enthusiasm and recognition,teachers should be more enthusiastic.To further improve the teaching effect.
