With the deepening of educational reform,the reform and innovation of classroom teaching methods and methods has become an important direction for the next step of reform.Secondary vocational education is an important part of China's education industry.Nowadays,the development of vocational education is booming,which has brought a large number of applied talents for the society and enterprises.However,in the daily teaching,due to the lack of basic knowledge and learning ability of the secondary vocational students,the effectiveness of the nursing training course in secondary vocational school is poor.In the current vocational education under the influence of traditional teaching concept,still use the traditional "indoctrination" classroom teaching mode,teaching methods and teaching in a simple way,too much emphasis on imparting knowledge and skills,and ignore the students' practical skills and self-learning ability,the training of personnel entering society,it is difficult to adapt to the work needs.With the development of information technology,the rise of a variety of network platform provides a good platform for education reform,such as WeChat,QQ and other social networking platform,the integration of many interactive communication,video playback and other functions,provide the technical basis for vocational nursing training course of the flipped classroom.Therefore,the integration of information technology and nursing training courses in secondary vocational schools has become an important breakthrough in the reform of vocational education.But the flipping class and the WeChat platform are still new in the practice of education.There are many research theories at home and abroad,but the application practice is less.In view of this,based on referring to the research literature at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational school students and teaching,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of secondary vocational nursing training course in China.Then it puts forward the design principle and application practice based on the WeChat platform.Based on WeChat's "secondary vocational nursing training course" flipped classroom design,with the help of WeChat's convenience in communication between teachers and students,it effectively solved the problem of communication and guidance between teachers and students in flip classroom design,and improved the effect and efficiency of flipped classroom teaching.After the practical application and investigation,73% of the students like this teaching mode;92.8% of the students think that their learning effect is improved by turning over the classroom.It is proved that the design of the flipped class based on the We Chat platform can improve the efficiency and effect of the classroom teaching and stimulate the students' interest in learning.It is hoped that the research can improve the quality of the teaching of nursing training course in secondary vocational schools,and then promote the development of the mode of overturned classroom teaching in China.
