ObjectiveExplore nursing characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, acupuncture point massage head of OSAHS patients with polysomnography result influence,in order to find a simple method to reduce the effect of the first night of polysomnography, the influence of polysomnography success rate, reduce the economic burden of patients.MethodsAccording to diagnosis, and exclusion criteria, selection of 2015.1 to 2017.1 in henan university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine sleep monitoring room polysomnography failure,90 cases of patients with OSAHS,and use the method of random Numbers will be the object of study were randomly divided into intervention group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)and control group with routine nursing care, intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing, plus Chinese medicine nursing specialty technical point massage head, monitoring of 1 hour before intervention, intervention time for 30 minutes, record after the intervention of two groups of patients with polysomnography,And the change of the two groups of patients with anxiety before and after the intervention and comfort, the use of Microsoft Office Excel 2007 sorts through the data and application of IBM 20.0 Statistics software SPSS Statistics, using chi-square test,t test and nonparametric rank for the statistical analysis and inspection, inspection level by alpha=0.05,evaluate the efficacy of the intervention.Results1.Baseline comparisonControl group and experimental group in gender, age, local, cultural level, work, family income per capita and the Pittsburgh sleep quality assessment scale score(PSQI)and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score items such as the difference have no sense of statistics, two groups of general data balanced than before intervention.2.Comparison of the success rate of the two groups of polysomnography. After the intervention,to sleep time 4 h or more for the standard, the intervention of power is 44.4%,the control group the success rate of 13.3%,intervention group and control group polysomnography success rate difference was statistically significant(?2=10.601,P<0.05),the data show that the control of the polysomnography success rate is higher than the intervention group.3.Comparison of sleep quality between the two groups.(1)sleep latency(SL),Total sleep time(TST),sleep efficiency(SE)comparison:the control group to SL,TST,SE,respectively is 60.24±17.84 minutes,196.93±48.23minutes,48.23±0.09,while the intervention group to SL TST,SE,respectively is50.02±21.73 minutes,228.87±49.92 minutes,49.92±0.09,in the intervention group patients to sleep latency, sleep time, sleep efficiency, three dimensional improvement is better than that of control group(t value is 2.439,-3.078 and-3.086 respectively,P<0.05).(2)RSL comparison:the incubation period of REM in the control group was 179.29±47.63 minutes, while the REM incubation period of the intervention group was 162.67±49.41 minutes, and there was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group(t=1.625,P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in RSL.4.Two groups of sleep structures were compared.(1)Comparison of sleep stage 1(N1)and sleep phase 2(N2):control group N1,N2,sleep time, respectively is 39.91±11.30,118.53±28.05 minutes, the intervention group N1,N2,sleep time, respectively is 49.84±12.35,138.24±29.25 minutes,N1,and N2from difference between intervention group and control group was statistically significant(t value is-3.980 and-3.262 respectively,P<0.05),the improvement of the intervention group shallow sleep is better than the control group.(2)compared with the N3 and REM stage of sleep, the sleep time of N3 and REM in the control group was8.20±3.55,29.80±9.04 minutes, respectively. The sleep duration of the intervention group N3 and REM was 9.08±4.34,32.33±8.77 minutes, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in N3 and REM sleep period. There was no significant difference between the intervention group and the control group(t value is-1.064?-1.350,P>0.05).5.The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score comparison. Before and after the intervention,HAMA scores were 12.33±2.66,12.31±2.90;In the control group,HAMA scores were 12.64±2.52,10.56±2.81,There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(t=0.569,P>0 0.05);after the intervention. Two groups of patients with HAMA scores are falling, compared with before, the intervention group and control group in total scores of HAMA comparative difference was statistically significant(t=2.914,P<0.05),the data suggests that anxiety in the intervention group in the polysomnography improvement is better than the control group.6.Kolcaba comfort scale(GCQ)score comparison.Intervention group before intervention GCQ four dimensions of physical, psychological, environmental, social score values were 15.69±1.84 points,25.47±3.45points,13.48±2.21 points,12.49±2.20 points, four dimensions score after the intervention values were 16.66±1.95 points,26.82±3.56 points,14.13±3.15 points,12.95±2.25 points;Control group before intervention GCQ four dimensions of physical, psychological, environmental, social score values were 14.88±2.06 points,25.56±4.93 points,13.47±2.48 points,12.31±2.54 points, four dimensions score after the intervention values were 15.88±1.49 points,24.91±3.43 points,13.57±2.21 points,12.24±2.64 points,The comfort score of the intervention group and the control group showed no significant difference before the intervention(t value is-1.942,0.099,-0.045,-0.355,P>0 0.05).Intervention group and control group Kolcaba comfortable scale score in physiology and heart two dimensions was statistically significant(t value is-2.120?-2.592,P<0.05),the data suggest that intervention group in the improvement of both physical and psychological comfort in superior to control group, and in the social and environmental two dimensions and the control group without statistical significance, two groups have no significant difference(t value is-0.968?-1.374,P>0.05).7.Analysis of influencing factors of intervention success rate. After intervention, the local impact on the success rate of statistically significant(?2=5.494,P<0.05),the rest of the gender, age, culture level, work status, family income, the impact on the success rate of no had no statistical significance(P>0.05).8.Analysis of factors affecting anxiety. After intervention, the local effects on anxiety has statistical significance(?~2=2.084,P<0.05),the rest of the gender, age, culture level, work status, family income, the impact on the success rate of all items have no statistical significance(P>0.05).9.Analysis of patient comfort factors. After the intervention, gender, age, cultural level, place of residence, work status, family income each project for the patient comfortable physiological indicators index, single factor analysis of no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion1.the head acupoint massage can improve the sleep quality of OSAHS patients and improve the success rate of multi-guide sleep monitoring.2.acupoint massage on the head can increase the sleep duration of patients and improve the patients'shallow sleep.3.acupoint massage on the head can reduce the anxiety of patients and increase the physiological and psychological comfort of patients.
