ObjectiveTo explore the value of Kamoi and Xu scores and their combination in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, compare its diagnostic efficiency, and provide a more effective assessment system for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.MethodsFrom June 2016 to February 2018,156 patients with suspected prostate cancer in our hospital were selected.Transrectal ultrasonography and strain elastography and prostate biopsy were performed.elastography was performed simultaneously using the Kamoi Scoring System and the Xu Scoring System.1-3 were classified as negative and 4-5 were classified as positive, comparing the diagnostic value of the two elasticity scores and the combined system for prostate cancer.ResultsAmong the 156 suspected prostate cancer patients, prostate cancer biopsy results confirmed 51 cases of prostate cancer,104 cases of benign prostate disease, and the detection rate of prostate cancer was 32.7%.Thirty-four(66.7%)patients were diagnosed with Kamoi score,Thirty-eight(74.5%)patients were diagnosed with Xu score,twenty-eight(52.9%)patients were diagnosed with transrectal ultrasound,forty-one(80.4%)patients were diagnosed with Kamoi combined with Xu score, and Kamoi score with Xu.Scores for diagnosis of prostate cancer were matched by paired chi-square test Kappa value 0.721,and Kappa values were statistically significant.Kamoi score and transrectal ultrasound diagnosis of prostate cancer were performed on the paired chi-square test using the Kappa value of 0.237.The Xu score and transrectal ultrasound diagnosis of prostate cancer were performed on the paired chi-square test using the Kappa value of 0.172.The area under the ROC curve of Kamoi in the diagnosis of prostate cancer was 0.730,the area under the ROC curve in the diagnosis of prostate cancer with the Xu score was 0.736,and the area under the ROC curve of Kamoi combined with the Xu score was 0.756.The area under the ROC curve was comparable between the three groups P>0.05.The area under the curve of the results of transrectal ultrasound diagnosis of prostate cancer was 0.576.Compared with Kamoi score,Xu score and their combination,P was less than 0.05.The Spearman test correlation coefficient between Kamoi score and Gleason score was rs=0.728,P<0.05.The correlation between Xu score and Gleason score Spearman test was rs=0.712,P<0.05.The Kamey score and Xu combined with the Gleason score Spearman test correlation coefficient rs = 0.756,P <0.05.Conclusions(1)Both the Kamoi score and the Xu score and their combined diagnosis for prostate cancer have high efficacy, and the combined efficacy in the diagnosis of prostate cancer is best.(2)Both the Kamoi and Xu scores were more effective in the diagnosis of prostate cancer than transrectal ultrasound.(3)Both the Kamoi and Xu scores were positively correlated with the Gleason score, and the patients with high Gleason score had higher accuracy in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.(4)The high level of elastography accuracy of PSA is higher than the low level of PSA accuracy.
