The Clinical Observation On Yang Deficiency Phlegm Resistance Type Alzheimer's Disease With Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao Decoction ?

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao decoction ? prescription in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease due to Yang deficiency phlegm resistance type,and to evaluate its efficacy and safety,so as to provide further theoretical basis for future clinical research.Methods: According to“DSM-IV and NIN-AA”,a total of 60 cases of AD patients included in the standard by using the method of randomized controlled trials were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with only oral Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao decoction ? on the basis of the control group.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of drug use were evaluated.The MMSE,activies of daily living(ADL)and TCM syndrome score were observed.Results: After treatment,treatment group MMSE score was higher than the control group(P<0.05);treatment efficiency is better than the control group improved intelligence(P<0.05);after treatment,treatment group ADL score lower than the control group(P<0.05);life in the treatment group improved treatment efficiency was better than the control group(P<0.05);and after treatment,compared two groups of patients with TCM symptom score changes,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving intelligence,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,Under temperature of extremities,too much phlegm and spitting saliva,frequent urination symptoms(P < 0.05);the patients in the treatment group after treatment,no obvious side effect.Conclusion: Wenpi Tongluo Kaiqiao decoction ?combined with Donep ezil Hydrochloride Tablets is effective in treating Alzheimer's disease.It can obviously improve cognitive function and quality of life of patient s,and has no obvious side effects.It is safe and reliable.
