Study On Compatibility Regularity And Application Of Shudihuang-Fuzi Couplet Medicines Based On Literature

Objective:Through systematic collection and sorting out formula with containing Fuzi and Shudihuang from the traditional Chinese medicine document,base on this,to study compatibility regularity and application of Shudihuang-Fuzi Couplet Medicines.Explore the ancient and modern physicians applying compatibility regularity of Shu dihuang-Fuzi and summarizing Shudihuang and Fuzi applying law in formula,which supplies evidence and train of thought for syndrome differentiation and treatment variation to reduce the random of medical prescription.Methods:Adopt the method of combining literature research and statistic analysis.Collecting the formula with containing Fuzi and Shudihuang from Dictionary of Chinese Formulas collection and establishing Excel form,with the mathematical statistical method,overall analyze the compatibility regularity of Shudihuang-Fuzi in formulas.Results:The effective collection formulas has a total of 253 prescription,involving 174 kinds of drugs,and the cumulative frequency of these drugs usage is 2797 times.Prescription drug use frequency of top 10 kinds of drugs are tonic drugs,drugs for dispelling internal cold,astringent drugs,dampness-clearing drugs,drugs of activating blood circulation,tranquillizer drugs,relieving exterior drugs,heat-clearing drugs,drugs for dispelling wind and dampness and regulating qi drugs.Drug use frequency of the top 5 drugs are Rougui(Cinnamomum cassia),Danggui(Angelica sinensis),Fuling(Poria cocos),Renshen(Panax ginseng),Huangqi(Astragalus,membranaceus).Warm drugs were the highest frequency of use and its frequency usage is 1432 times.The taste of the most drugs is sweet,and its frequency usage is 2054 times.The kidney is the most times to 1834 frequency.Through the analysis of association rules,there are six high frequency of drug combination of herbs are Shudihuang-Fuzi-Rougui,Shudihuang-F uzi-Danggui,Shudihuang-Fuzi-Fuling,Shudihuang-Fuzi-Renshen,Shudihuang-Fuzi-Hu angqi and Shudihuang-Fuzi-Shanzhuyu.There are 110 formulas are Pills,which takes the largest proportion.Conclusion(s):The main efficacy of Shudihuang-Fuzi couplet medicines compatibility is to warm and tonify.Priority has been given to four efficacy:tonifying qi and blood,replenishing yin to assist yang,tonifying yang to increase essence,strengthening yang to produce body fluid.The natures,taste and channel tropism of Shudihuang-Fuzi couplet medicines compatibility drugs is warm,sweet and kidney.The pills and decoction to are used most,while only a minority of formulas is pulvis.
