Epidemiological Investigation And Analysis Of Allergic Rhinitis In Nanchong Area

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of allergic rhinitis in Nanchong Area and combin with the environmental factors in this area,so as to figure out the epidemiology of allergic rhinitis and related risk factors in Nanchong District.Then provide a certain scientific basis for the intervention and control of allergic rhinitis in Nanchong area.Method:Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling of 1600 people in 10 communities in Nanchong area,with subjects aged 5-70 years old,population resident in Nanchong area for more than 6 months,no mental illness,no asthma and other diseases.Though the survey questionnaire,screen for allergic rhinitis patients based on the“Guide to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis”(2015,Tianjin).Analysis the results of the questionnaire and summarize the results.Result:1.A total of 1,600 questionnaires were distributed and 1,409valid questionnaires were collected,which include 748 males(53.1%)and661 females(46.9)%.There were 302 cases were diagosed with a prevalence rate of 21.43%,of which 157 were male and 145 were female ande the prevalence rates were 20.99%and 21.94%respectively.There was no significant difference between men and women.2.The highest incidence rate of AR occurs in the 21 to 30-year-old age group(28.19%);the lowest occurs in the>60-year-old age group(6.00%),the incidence rates in different age groups was significant(?~2=36.490,P<0.010).The most occupation of AR in Nanchong area is the worker,which accounting for 107,and the prevalence rate is 37.81%.There are statistically significant differences in occupational differences(?~2=103.986,P<0.01).The incidence rate in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas,which was 30.07%and12.54%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(?~2=64.295,P<0.01).3.The peak incidence of AR patients in Nanchong area is morning.4.The risk factors associated with allergic rhinitis in Nanchong area may be related to heredity,living environment,and keeping pets.Conclusion:The prevalence of AR in Nanchong is 21.43%.Heritability,eating habits,and environment are risk factors for AR in Nanchong area.Through this study,the prevalence of AR in Nanchong area is preliminarily understood and supplemented local epidemiological data.Then provides a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of AR...
