Clinical Study On The Treatment Of COPD With Lung Yin Deficiency Syndrome By Baibei Yifei Capsule

Objective: The purpose of this study is to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of bebeyifu capsule in the treatment of chronic obstructiveopulmonary0disease(COPD)with deficiency of the lung yin deficiency syndrome.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,120 cases of COPD(lung yin deficiency syndrome)were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the experimental0 group and the control0 group.That is,90 cases in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.Test group: oral Baibei Yifei capsule,3 tablets each time,3 times a day.Control group: oral Yangyin Qingfei pills,1 pills each time,3 times a day.The treatment course was 2 weeks.The TCM syndromes and the changes of individual main symptoms,secondary symptoms and related laboratory indexes before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group were observed,and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results: 1.After the end of treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the experimental group and the contreol group,compared with the TCM main symptoms and secondary symptom scores,had significant difference(P < 0.01),indicating that the two groups had obvious therapeutic effects.2.In the improvement of TCM syndrome curative effect,experimental group after treatment,the effctive rate was 83.75%,,the control group was 75%,and the rank test group.and control group were statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the experimental group in improving TCM syndrome curative effect is better than the control group.3.Each item of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared between the integral change: in the experimental group,cough and asthma symptoms improved significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01);in improving the symptoms of shortness of breath is better than the control group(P < 0.05),and in the improvement of sputum color traits,dry mouth and throat dryness had no significant difference the symptoms of the two(P > 0.05).4.The changes of lung function before and after treatment were compared.There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the effect of the experimental group and the control group on improving lung function was not obvious.But according to the table,the lung function of the patients in the test group was improved,and the improvement of lung function in the control group was very slight.5.The two groups before and after treatment the blood routine,liver function and renal function in the group had no significant difference(P > 0.05).No obvious abnormal changes were found in the other safety indexes,and there was no obvious adverse reaction and side effects during the test.Conclusion: Baibei Yifei capsule has the effect of improving TCM syndromes in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with deficiency of lung yin,and improving the symptoms of cough,asthma and chest tightness and shortness of breath.Safety was used and no obvious adverse reactions and side effects were found.
