Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is increasingly becoming a publichealth hazard disease,manifested in its incidence,prevalence,mortality increased yearby year,gradually increasing the danger of continued concern of the medicalprofession and society. COPD patients with persistent not only cause limitedmobility,it will affect the mental health of the patient,so that patients havedepression,anxiety and other negative mentality,causing negative social effects andcause serious economic burden on the patient’s family. The use of Chinesecharacteristics,therapy COPD,patients in remission on the basis of clinicalsymptoms,enhance the patient’s constitution,reducing the number of acute episodesand improve the quality of life of patients,in the treatment of COPD increasinglyoccupy an important position.Objective: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease before clinical symptoms ofstable lung and kidney qi deficiency patients,lung function,six-minute walkdistance,dyspnea grading indicators,evaluation Yifei moxibustion with conventionalwestern medicine treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilizationperiod efficacy,and by observing the changes in immune parameters before and aftertreatment to investigate the mechanisms involved in Yifei moxibustion treatment ofCOPD.Methods: A randomized,controlled clinical trial methods. No seriousadverse events occurred during the test.ConclusionsAfter the treatment period,both groups of patients in terms of lung function,clinicalsymptoms and signs,dyspnea and exercise capacity grading were improved,includingthe experimental group improved significantly compared with the control group thatcombines Yifei moxibustion therapy on the basis of Western norms for the treatment ofeffective method of stable COPD lung and kidney qi deficiency. COPD patients doesexist abnormal T cell subsets,improve test group after treatment was significantlyhigher than the control group,believes the development of COPD disease may beassociated with cellular immune dysfunction,regulating cellular immune function maybe Yifei moxibustion treatment of stable COPD,lung and kidney qi one effectivemechanism permits.
