Clinical Research On IBS-C Of Qi Deficiency And Qi Stagnation Syndrome By Yiqitongchang Yin

Objective: The purpose of this subject is to observe the effectiveness of Yiqitongchang Yin on the treatment of constipation type irritable bowel syndrome of Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome to provide certain evidence for clinical treatment.Methods: 80 patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome of qi deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome were selected from January 2017 to January2018 who see a doctor at Gastroenterology department outpatient and inpatient in Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.During the treatment,in treatment group,2 cases were eliminated,1 cases were fall off,in control group,2 cases were eliminated,2 cases were fall off.Finally,37 cases in treatment group,15 cases were male patients,22 cases were female patients,oral Yiqitongchang Yin treatment;36 cases in control group,16 cases were male patients,20 cases were female patients,oral proprietary chinese medicine treatment.Through the rating scale to observe the patients degree of improvement.The results were evaluated in two weeks.Results: 1.In the treatment group,9 cases recovered,17 cases significantly improved,8 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective.The total effective rate is 91.89%.In the control group,3 cases recovered,11 cases significantly improved,14 cases effective and 8 cases ineffective.The total effective rate is 77.78%.Through the rank sum test,The total effective rate in treatment group is significantly improved than thecontrol group(P<0.01).2.In the treatment group,the score of abdominal distension and/or abdominal pain,awareness of defecation but inhibited defecation,after defecate weak,the body tired and talk powerless,fart frequent were improved than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the score of defecation times,pale complexion were obviously improved than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.01).The total score of TCM symptom in the treatment group was obvisously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.The patients of two groups were didn't observed the untoward effect in this clinical research.Conclusion: In the treatment of Constipation type irritable bowel syndrome of Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome,Yiqitongchang Yin has exactly curative effect,it can provide some reference for clinical treatment.
