Expression And Significance Of Livin And Caspase-3 In The Lesions Of Incipient Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective:Through detecting the distribution and expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum and the normal prepuce tissues,the correlation between the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum was analyzed,to explore whether Livin and Caspase-3 is involved in the occurrence and development of condyloma acuminatum from the point of view of apoptosis,to provide the theoretical basis for further research and treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Methods:Streptavidin-peroxidase was used to detect the distribution and expression of Livin in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum and the normal prepuce tissues,and the distribution and expression of Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum and the normal prepuce tissues,the experimental data were processed and analyzed by statistical method,the correlation between the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in condyloma acuminatum was analyzed.Results:1.Distribution and expression of Livin in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum and the normal prepuce tissues:The positive distribution of Livin,located in cytoplasm and nucleus,and the staining varied from light yellow to brown,the distribution site was mainly in the middle,upper of strata spinosum and granular layer.In the incipient condyloma acuminatum group,23 cases showed positive expression,the positive expression rate was 76.67%(23/30).The expression intensity were mostly moderate positive(++)to strongly positive(+++).In the normal control group,5 cases showed positive expression,the positive expression rate was 25.00%(5/20).The expression intensity were mostly negative(-)to moderate positive(++).There was significant difference in positive expression rate of Livin between the two groups(?~2=13.001,P<0.05).There was significant difference in expression intensity of Livin between the two groups(z=4.057,P<0.05).2.Distribution and expression of Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum and the normal prepuce tissues:The positive distribution of Caspase-3,located in cytoplasm and nucleus,and the staining varied from brownish yellow to brown,the distribution site was mainly in strata spinosum and granular layer.In the incipient condyloma acuminatum group,13 cases showed positive expression,the positive expression rate was 43.33%(13/30).The expression intensity were mostly negative(-)to moderate positive(++).In the normal control group,14 cases showed positive expression,the positive expression rate was 70.00%(14/20).The expression intensity were mostly moderate positive(++)to strong positive(+++).There was no significant difference in positive expression rate of Caspase-3 between the two groups(?~2=3.435,P>0.05).There was significant difference in expression intensity of Caspase-3 between the two groups(z=2.906,P<0.05).3.The correlation between the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in incipient condyloma acuminatum:In 30 cases of incipient condyloma acuminatum,23 cases showed positive expression of Livin,7 cases showed negative expression of Livin,13cases showed positive expression of Caspase-3,17 cases showed negative expression of Caspase-3.The correlation analysis of the expression intensity of Livin and Caspase-3 in incipient condyloma acuminatum showed that in incipient condyloma acuminatum there was no correlation between the expression intensity of Livin and Caspase-3(r=0.238,P>0.05).Conclusion:1.There is high expression of Livin in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum,overexpression of Livin may inhibit cell apoptosis,promote the proliferation of cell,resulting in the abnormal proliferation of condyloma acuminatum tissue.2.There is low expression of Caspase-3 in the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum,the low expression of Caspase-3 inhibit cell apoptosis pathways,lose the regulation of cell proliferation,resulting in the abnormal proliferation of condyloma acuminatum tissue.3.In the lesions of incipient condyloma acuminatum,there was no correlation between the expression of Livin and Caspase-3.The correlation between the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in condyloma acuminatum still need further study.
