The Expression And Correlations Of Livin,Survivin And Fas In Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective This study is to Investigate the expression of Livin and its relationship with Survivin and Fas in condyloma acuminatum(CA).To provide new basis theory knowledge for the diagnosis and treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Method Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of Livin,Survivin and Fas in 46 cases of CA and 10 cases of prepuce of nomal men. Calculate both the percentage and staining intension under microscopic examination to judge the staining of positive cells.All of analyses were performed by SPSS11.5 software package.Result 1.The positive staining of Livin was observed in both plasma and nucleus of condyloma acuminatum,plasma was mainly.The positive expression of livin was significantly higher in condyloma acuminatum(56.5%)than in normal prepuce tissues(20%)(P＜0.05),and staining intension was significantly different(P＜0.05).2. The positive staining of Survivin was observed in both plasma and nucleus of condyloma acuminatum,plasma was mainly.The positive expression of Survivin was significantly higher in condyloma acuminatum(69.9%) than in normal prepuce tissues(20%)(P＜0.05),and staining intension was significantly different(P＜0.05). There was a close correlation between the expression of Livin and Survivin in condyloma acuminatum(P＜0.01).and staining intension was consistency(r=0.487).3. The positive staining of Fas was observed in both plasma and cell membrane of condyloma acuminatum,plasma was mainly.The positive expression of Fas was significantly higher in condyloma acuminatum(73.9%) than in normal prepuce tissues(30%)(P＜0.05),and staining intension was significantly different(P＜0.05). There was a close correlation between the expression of Livin and Fas in condyloma acuminatum,staining intension was was consistency(r=0.597,P＜0.01).There was a close correlation between the expression of Survivin and Fas in condyloma acuminatum too,and staining intension was consistency(r=0.593,P＜0.01).Conclusion 1.The positive expression of Livin in condyloma acuminatum was significantly higher than in the normal tissues.It indicated that Livin may play an important role in the pathway of development of condyloma acuminatum.2.The positive expression of Survivin in condyloma acuminatum was significantly higher than in the normal tissues.It indicated that Survivin may play an important role in the pathway of development of condyloma acuminatum.There was a close correlation between the expression of Survivin and Livin in condyloma acuminatum It indicated that there could be a same mechanism in the cells apoptosis.3.The positive expression of Fas in condyloma acuminatum was significantly higher than in the normal tissues,It indicated that Fas may play an important role in the pathway of development of condyloma acuminatum.There was a close correlation between the expression of Livin,Survivin and Fas in condyloma acuminatum,It indicated that Livin,Survivin and Fas have different influence in the cells apoptosis,but could be the same pathway mechanism.
