Research On Reproductive Health Of Female Migrants

With the continuous development of economic society and the rise of women's rights movement,the new concept of "reproductive health" began to enter the public field in 1980 s.It refers to the perfect state of physical,spiritual and social adaptation in the various stages of life,the reproductive system and its functional and reproductive processes.Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of China's economy has also derived a number of special groups,that is the "floating population".Their reproductive health needs have become a part of the need for reproductive health today.It is of great significance to explore the present situation,problems and solutions of the reproductive health of the floating population in order to realize the sustainable development of the population in China.Based on the data of Beijing female floating population in the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2015,this paper is based on the general demographic characteristics of the female floating population in Beijing,the income situation work and occupation distribution,the enjoyment of the reproductive health related services,the use of contraceptive methods and contraceptives,and the chart format.The present situation of female floating population in Beijing is described.According to the statistics,the reproductive health of the female floating population in Beijing has the following characteristics: in the reception of reproductive health services,only 20% of the people enjoy the related services;in the choice of contraceptive methods,condoms and contraceptives are still the most women's choice;in the prevention and treatment of reproductive health related diseases,More than half of the population knew the relevant knowledge,and electronic media was still the main way of transmission of reproductive health knowledge.In addition,a total of 31 factors were extracted from three aspects of the general demographic characteristics,the economic situation,the reproductive health knowledge and the access and enjoyment of the service.The single factor variance analysis was carried out on the reproductive health of the female floating population in Beijing.Through single factor analysis of variance,it was found that the factors of reproductive health of the female floating population in Beijing have 16 factors: age,education,household registration,marital status,flow reasons,economic conditions,access to knowledge of reproductive health,contraceptive methods and drugacquisition,and access to institutions.In order to further analyze the influence of various factors on the reproductive health of female floating population in Beijing,the multiple factor regression analysis was carried out on the basis of single factor analysis.Through the analysis,it is found that age,marital status,household registration,economic situation,and reproductive health service provide a significant impact on the reproductive health of the female floating population in Beijing.In the last part of the article,based on the results of the above research,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the reproductive health level of female floating population are put forward.In this paper,we should provide the corresponding solutions to improve the reproductive health level of the female floating population by developing the economy,strengthening the knowledge education of the reproductive health of the floating female population,implementing the policy supervision and doing a good job of public opinion propaganda and guidance in four aspects.
