ObjectiveA preliminary study of the correlation between coronary slow flow phenomenon and coronary microcirculation dysfunction and the mechanism of coronary slow flow phenomenon caused by coronary microcirculation dysfunction.Method30 cases accorded with diagnoseic criteria for coronary slow flow as the observation group, while 30 cases with normal coronary flow perfusion and no significanl stenosis as control group randonly from the cases receivied coronary angiography, texted and recorded general data, relevant biochemical indexes,hs-CRP(high sensitive C reactive protein),TFC(corrected TIMI Frame Count)and IMR(Index of microcirculation resistance)of all cases.Analyzed the correlation between IMR and TFC,various biochemical indexes.ResultsCompared with the control group, the HDL-C(high density lipoprotein cholesterol)and APOA1(apolipoprotein-A1)in the observation group were lower, while the hs-CRP(high sensitive C reactive protein)and LDL-C(low density lipoprotein cholesterol)level were higher, while IMR(Index of microcirculation resistance)was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion(1)Coronary microcirculation dysfunction is associated with the development of coronary slow flow phenomenon.(2)Inflammatory reaction and disorder of lipid metabolism may contribute to the occurrence of coronary microcirculation dysfunction, which may lead to coronary slow flow phenomenon.
