The field module hospital system is a mobile medical unit for emergency treatment of wartime and non-war military operations.The system includes surgical shelter,emergency shelter,X-ray/ clinical laboratory shelter,sterilization/medicine supply shelter,CT shelter,ENT shelter,channel shelter,oxygen/medical service shelter and classification/special treatment/ward module shelter.Moreover,the system can also be expanded according to the needs in war time.The shelter microenvironment greatly influences the treatment of the wounded and the working efficiency of the rescue staff.Therefore,we should maintain the microenvironment to a high level of human comfort in order to get a better treatment result.In this thesis,we set up a microenvironment monitoring system and the software.Through the system,we realize the real-time monitoring of temperature,pressure,humidity,oxygen concentration,wind speed and other indicators in the compartments of the system.Besides monitoring and controlling the environment parameters,the system communicates with instruments of RS-485 interface.The system consists of a host,measurement and control instruments,sensors and actuators.The measurement and control instruments input the signal to the host through the Modbus.In this paper,we take several measures to enhance the system's anti-jamming capability including using DCS control system and RS-485 general network.In the design of the monitoring software,we use modular design method,choosing “Kingview 6.0x” as the system software and using the SQL Server 7.0 technology to develop the database and edit the data processing module.We finally draw the conclusion through processing the collected information by the sensors and instruments.Through tests,the system is useful for monitoring of the compartment microenvironment parameters and has a high level of information and reliability,which meets all the design requirements.Moreover,the successful development of the monitoring system allows the field module hospital system to further meet the needs of rapid medical support during diversified military missions.
