Medical health human resources(Resources of medical health,RMH)but not in the medical and health resources is extremely important part,but also one of the basic elements of medical and health services in China's rapid development.It can be said that a number of countries or regions of the RMH quality management is abundant,qualified and scientific,and the layout of the structure,the distribution is reasonable and balanced,not only directly affect the development level of the national or regional health services in public health,but also indirectly affect the economy of the country or region,the development and stability of society.At present,medical human resources in Gansu province are major irrational distribution of health human resources overall quality is low,a serious shortage of highly educated personnel training and many other issues.At the same time,Gansu Province medical higher education scale,growth rate,specialty and training level remains to be improved.This paper through the literature method,the population ratio method "with Excel 2007 software tools,such as research methods,on the analysis of the present situation of Gansu health human resources of higher education and medical development,based on the prediction of RMH in Gansu province and the demand of the development of higher medical education,is put forward to resolve medical in Gansu Province Health human resources supply and demand imbalance of countermeasures and suggestions to the relevant government departments of Gansu Province issued relevant policies to provide intellectual support.The paper consists of five parts: the introduction part mainly introduces the research background and significance of the research,collection,and summarizes the domestic and international relevant research,clarify the research ideas and research methods,focus,difficulties and innovation.The first chapter of medical human resources in Gansu province needs a more in-depth analysis.The second chapter mainly analyzes the Gansu Province health human resources supply.The third chapter,summarizes the existing Gansu health human resource allocation problem,and the future of medical human resources demand forecast.The fourth chapter puts forward to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of medical human resources in Gansu Province on.
