Clinical Observes Yangshenguoguanxin Tablet Impove Exercise Tolerance Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris(Asthenia Of Qi And Yin)

Objective:By observing stable angina pectoris(asthenia of qi and yin)of patients before and after the treatment of total exercise time,maximum load,maximum load capacity of the heart rate,ST segment depression 0.1mV time and change of other indicators to evaluate yangshenguoguanxin tablet efficacy in terms of improvement of exercise tolerance.Methods:From the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine cardiovascular sorted into clinic patients,the selection of 60 patients with stable angina pectoris(asthenia of qi and yin)patients,the randomized,double-blind,double simulation,positive drug parallel contrast method,all the patients were divided into trial group and control group of 30 cases each.Experimental group give ginseng fruit bolted slice(3/time,3 times/day),shu yi heart simulation agent(3/time,3 times/day);Control group given shu yi heart piece(3 pieces/times,3 times/day),ginseng fruit bolted simulation agent(3/time,3 times/day).Its early 14 +/-3 days,use period of 56 plus or minus five days.Patients before treatment and after treatment was taken from the treatment,such as total time,maximum load movement observation of different changes,evaluation of ginseng fruit bolted slice to improve stable angina(asthenia of qi and yin)patients exercise tolerance of the effectiveness of the situation.Results:1.Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of exercise tolerance test exercise total time comparison,have examined the non inferior effect(95%CI = 1.36>upper LSMEAN differences-30),the group is not inferior to the control group.2.Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of exercise tolerance test the maximum load,maximum load compared with before treatment group after treatment,have been extended,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Experimental group compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)3.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of heart rate during peak load within the group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the comparison between the two groups after treatment group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).4.The two groups after treatment in patients with ST segment induced down 0.1 mV time was extended,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison between two groups of patients after treatment groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).5.Two groups of patients before and after treatment in the duration of the ST segment down the difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).6.Cause angina pectoris cases to compare two groups of patients after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)7.The two groups before and after treatment in patients with angina pectoris attack situation,before and after treatment angina pectoris integral are decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared the two groups after treatment in patients with difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of nitroglycerin consumption,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group.8.Two groups after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome curative effect comparison of each point has a significant difference(P<0.05).Experimental group 4 weeks after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect of the total effective rate was 70%,the control group is 53.3%;Experimental group 8 weeks after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect of the total effective rate was 90%,the control group was 80%.There was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1.Yangshenguoguanxin tablet can improve the stable angina(qi and Yin deficiency syndrome)in patients with work and exercise endurance,improve exercise tolerance of patients.2.Yangshenguoguanxin tablet can improve coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(asthenia of qi and yin)patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.3.Yangshenguoguanxin tablet can alleviate coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi and Yin deficiency syndrome)in patients with angina pectoris.
