Abstract/Summary:
Collards(Brassica oleracea var.acephala DC.)is a biennial herbaceous leaf-watching plant with unique and varied shapes, leaf margins and bright colors.Brassica oleracea has good cold resistance, easy cultivation and expanding market demand. In this experiment, parents with excellent traits were selected for hybridization, aiming at cultivating high-quality germplasm resources with good landscape effect and good resistance, reducing the dependence on imported varieties in the production and application of kale in China, and preparing for the breeding of high-quality kale varieties with independent intellectual property rights. The main research results of this paper are as follows.1.In this paper,74 inbred lines were used as materials to investigate their traits. The phenological period of the character investigation was selected in the rosette period, and 33 character indexes were recorded in the investigation, which belonged to four categories: plant shape, leaf shape, leaf color and resistance, respectively, laying a foundation for the establishment of ideal varieties.2.Sixteen inbred lines were selected as parents from the above 74 inbred lines to prepare 38 hybrid combinations. The traits of rosette stage were investigated and recorded, and the target layer, the criterion layer of plant shape, leaf shape, leaf color and resistance and 24 index layers were established for excellent hybrid combinations.Based on the constructed analytic hierarchy process, the calculation and analysis of grey correlation degree are carried out. Finally,a scientific ornamental evaluation system of kale was established by AHP and grey correlation analysis.3.38 hybrid combinations were divided into five grades by using the established ornamental evaluation system. There were 9 hybrid combinations in grade I,namely J2,J4,J9,J1,J34,J3,J12,J29 and J11.The hybrid combinations in grade I generally had bright middle and inner leaves, rich ornamental interest, dense leaves, good compactness, moderate development, strong plants and good insect resistance and disease resistance. There were 14 cross combinations in grade Ⅱ,7 cross combinations in grade Ⅲ,5 cross combinations in grade Ⅳ and 3 cross combinations in grade Ⅴ.The application value of each cross combination in ornamental aspect was evaluated.
