Adaptability Evaluation Of 81 Oat Germplasm Materials In Hohhot Area

In this study,81 oat germplasm materials were used to study the differences in growth period,growth characteristics,production performance,photosynthetic characteristics and nutritional quality of various materials in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia.Through grey relational analysis and comprehensive evaluation,high-quality and high-yield oat germplasm materials suitable for planting in arid and cold Hohhot were selected.This thesis provides a suitable basis for the selection of germplasm materials for the production and planting of oat grass in central and western Inner Mongolia.The main findings are as follows:(1)The growth period of oat germplasm materials tested in Hohhot area was 76-100d,and all of them could complete the growth period.Qingyin No.2 had the shortest growth period(76d).Mengyan No.1,ZX-1106 and ZX-3862 had the longest growth period of 100d.(2)The hay yield of 81 oat germplasm materials at milk ripening stage was 2000kg/hm2-7833 kg/hm2,the flag leaf length was 4.96cm-13.87cm,the flag leaf width was0.51cm-1.42cm,the number of main stem leaves was 3-5,the stem diameter was 1.06mm-3.87mm,and the plant height was 34.4cm-73.1cm at milk ripening stage.Correlation analysis showed that forage yield was positively correlated with plant height,stem diameter,flag leaf length,flag leaf width and the number of main stem leaves.According to forage production performance,forage yield was grouped into three groups,among which the 10materials of the first group had high plant height,thick stalk,large number of main stem leaves and large flag leaf area,and these 10 germplasm materials had high economic value.The seed yield of 81 oat germplasm materials tested ranged from 232kg/hm2to 7733kg/hm2,among which ZX-1127,Tianyan 2,Mengyan 1 and Bayyan 7 had high seed yield.The correlation analysis showed that the seed yield was positively correlated with the number of grains per spike,spikelet number,1000-grain weight and panicle number.(3)Among 81 Oat germplasm materials,9 germplasm materials were randomly selected according to plant height,and the photosynthetic performance between 9 and 11 am was compared.Mengyan No.1 was the best,and its net photosynthetic rate was 15.5μmol/(m2·s),12.6 times that of Fuxing.The transpiration rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance were relatively high.Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between photosynthetic performance and production performance.(4)The nutritional quality analysis of three groups(9 oat germplasm materials)with large differences in forage production performance found that Bayou No.1 and ZX-5046reached the standard of extra grade hay;The contents of crude protein,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber were 15.85%-17.75%,26.57%-29.23%and 51.33%-53.57%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that there was an intrinsic relationship between grass yield and nutritional quality,that is,hay yield and Na content were significantly positively correlated.(5)Grey correlation analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the production performance of oat tested.The germplasm materials of ZX-1127,Mengyan No.1 and Pin-5had good comprehensive characteristics and could be popularized in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia.
