The Investigation,diagnosis And Treatment Of Three Common Diseases In The Cat's Kidney

Cat kidney disease has become one of the most important multiple diseases in the pet medcine at present.The cats' long-term symptoms of pain causes great distress to the spirit and body of the owners and the pets.Early detection and treatment can greatly improve the cure rate of kidney disease.In this article,we collected and analyzed data about nephritis,acute renal failure,chronic renal failure in Huludao,Refering to the related literature at home and abroad.The diagnosis was made by general clinical examination,blood gas examination,blood routine examination,biochemical examination,B-ultrasound examination,urine examination and other methods were used for and treatment according to the examination data.Although it is still limited by technology and equipment at present,the comprehensive application of multiple examination and diagnosis plays significant clinical guiding on diagnosis of pet cat cases.In this paper,an epidemiological survey was carried out in 60 cat cases.Among which,42 cases were cured and 18 died.20 cases of sick cats were analyzed and discussed,including 5 cases of nephritis,5 cases of acute renal failure,5 cases of chronic renal failure and 5 cases of acute renal failure treated with kidney prescription food.Through the diagnosis and analysis of the cases,it can be seen that the cure rate of nephritis is higher,chronic renal failure is more serious and the mortality rate is high.The effect of treatment alone is not as obvious as that of nursing with prescription food.Cats fed with prescription food can recover more quickly in terms of mental state and eating,etc.,which lays a good foundation for follow-up treatment.
