As one of the four major parts of agricultural vehicles,car body is an important part of agricultural vehicles.Compared with passenger cars and commercial vehicles,agricultural vehicles have a higher proportion of sheet metal structure,but the material and welding process are relatively conventional,and most of them are in the visual area.Customers pay more attention to the car body.When the body sheet metal cracks,the market feedback is relatively strong.Therefore,the reliability of the body structure is one of the important factors affecting the reliability of the whole vehicle,and the main problem affecting the reliability of the body structure is the problem of sheet metal cracking.In this paper,the agricultural tricycle body as the research object,through the actual feedback of the body problem case analysis and improvement of the body cracking problem,using the current industry software UG to establish three-dimensional digital model,using HyperMesh to carry out static analysis and modal analysis of the semi closed body,and compare the modal frequency with the engine vibration source,through the semi closed body rigid The frame is established to improve the strength of the body.The main work is as follows:Semi closed body improvement:mainly through the use of UG three-dimensional software model establishment,material,solder joint and other related content,the establishment of finite element analysis data model.By using HyperMesh finite element analysis software,the static strength and modal of semi enclosed body are analyzed.The forced vibration source frequency f of agricultural vehicle single cylinder engine is analyzed_F is calculated and compared to obtain the resonance interval between the forced vibration source frequency and the natural frequency of the semi enclosed body.According to the static strength analysis,the weak parts are compared with the actual feedback cracking parts,and the parts prone to problems such as the front wall,front wheel housing,small floor and other connection parts are analyzed.The purpose of improving the strength is to establish the frame structure of the whole wind shield welding.Improvement of fully enclosed body:matching design is carried out for suspension rubber pad of fully enclosed body.The model of agricultural vehicle fully enclosed body and mounting system was established.The load of front and rear mount was calculated by measuring the center position g and body assembly weight.According to the vibration transmission rate and frequency ratio curve,the frequency of vehicle body mounting rubber pad is calculated,and the vibration isolation rubber pad frequency suitable for agricultural vehicle single cylinder diesel engine is obtained.After the natural frequency of the suspension rubber pad is determined,the dynamic stiffness value of the suspension rubber pad is calculated according to the formula of frequency f and stiffness K.According to the dynamic stiffness value,the working parameters of the suspension are obtained.Then,the mount sample is developed according to the design parameters,and the physical verification is carried out,so as to solve the problem of vibration isolation matching of the suspension rubber pad of the fully enclosed body.
