At present,greenhouse operations generally rely on the traditional internal combustion engine micro-cultivator.Its power system mostly uses the diesel engine or the gasoline engine that the exhaust gas discharged during work will cause serious pollution to the environment in the shed and even directly affect the production quality of crops.Therefore,the research on electric micro-cultivator in modern agriculture has gradually become a hot topic,and the rationality of its power system matching directly determines whether the electric micro-cultivator can be applied to the market demand.In order to improve the rationality of power system matching optimization of electric micro-cultivator,supported by the horizontal project "new energy electric micro-cultivator".This paper takes the electric micro-cultivator for greenhouse as the research object,based on the selection of components of the power system of electric micro-cultivator,the parameter matching and control method of the power system were studied,and based on the experimental platform,the rationality of matching and the control performance of the power system of electric micro-cultivator were verified experimentally.In this paper,the overall structure and working principle of the electric micro-cultivator are analyzed,and combining the advantages and disadvantages of different types of motor,battery and reducer,the power system selection of electric micro-cultivator was completed.The absolute track of soil cutting with rotary tillage tool of electric micro-cultivator was analyzed,parameters such as tillage depth,rotary tillage ratio,cutting pitch and raised height at the bottom were determined.Parameters such as rotary tillage motor,high and low speed,battery and speed ratio range of reducer were matched.Fuzzy PID control method is used to control the power system of electric micro-cultivator.MATLAB/Simulink simulation and experimental platform experiments were carried out respectively.The results show that the dual closed-loop fuzzy PID power system controller can improve the dynamic and static performance of the power system of the electric micro-cultivator,and has the strong anti-interference ability,the overall structure is relatively simple,the reliability is higher,the control precision is higher,the practical value is bigger.In the experiment of the test bench,the best working range of the rotary motor was found out.And the electric micro-cultivator power system in different operating conditions,different gear that the speed response curves of load start,speed step and load step were analyzed and studied.The experimental results show that the selected and matched power system of electric micro-cultivator can meet the actual operation needs,it has good dynamic response ability,good steady-state performance,strong anti-interference ability,and achieves the expected effect of the experiment.
