Research And Design Of Tractor Power Take-off Test Bench

Agricultural machinery is themain content and important symbol of the agricultural modernization.The agricultural machinery is the impo rtant malerial support for the development of the modern agriculture.Tractor is a majoragricultural machinery pow er source,and its performance directly reprensents the development process of the agricultural modernization.Tractor Power Take-off(PTO)test is an impor tant experimental project which can assess the power perfor mence and economy of tractor.The de velope nt of the tractor PTO test benc h and the measurement and control system is a great signi ficance.The tractor PTO test be nch can provide a comprelensive evalucation of the tractor output performance,also can analys is the effect of the different factors onthe tractor,which is conductive to the development of large and medium-sized tractor performance evaluation and dealling with qua lity complaints disputes etc..Based on the pow er output shaft of the tractor test method and evaluation standard of review,test and control system to realize the function,princ iple and the engine test,complete the design of test and control system.The main parameters of the test and control system were determinedby using open data in Jilin province.On the basis of this,the development and design of the control,data acquisition,fuel supply,computer processing and safety of the machine are made.Including the dynamometer characteristics analysis of machine,selection of DC dynamometer load as main bod y,by adj usting the excitation intensity of thyristor control,torque control;using the load resistor group as an energy consuming unit,reasonable arrangement and classification is designed to meet the test requirements of resistor group,different horsepower tractor segment.In view of the characteristics of the tractor performance test,the parameters of the sensor are selected,and through the data acquisition card to the industrial computer da ta transmission.Based on the virtual instrument technology,the application software of the measurement and control system was developed on the Lab VIEW software platform,and the data record,operation and characteristic curve drawing were realized.The consumption of the fuel supp ly system of a measuring instrument using fuel temperature controller and fue l,will be completed on the temperature of the diesel consumption measurement and control;alarm and remote flameout de vice such as the establishment of the safe operation of the system using the exhaust linka ge,safe operation,security testing personnel.Through the research and develop ment of the tractor pow er output shaft test platform,the PTO test is carried out on a tractor,and the performance test items are realized.The results show that the measurement and control system can meet the requirements of the tractor power output shaft test,and can be used to quantitatively evaluate the influence factors by changing the input parameters.
