Based on the university-enterprise cooperation platform which was established with Fentianxin New Energy Co.Ltd.,developed an electric mini-tiller machine for tea garden slot.The machine can effectively solve the traditional internal combustion engine mini-tiller problems,such as energy consumption and environmental pollution encountered in the process of operation.This machine can help to improve the modernization level of agricultural machinery,The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)This paper propose two schemes which can be used for micro tillage machine drive system,analyzed and choosed a suitable for the power transmission system solutions of this study,and according to the selected transmission scheme,design two sets of electric transport scheme through multi contrast to determine an optimal scheme.(2)A method is presented for the research about the electric drive system structure,and gives the calculation method on the main components of the drive system,and matching the motor,the energy source,walking system transmission parameters suitable for the working environment and operation characteristics,finally completed the overall layout of the system.(3)Using the MATLAB based ADVISOR simulation software to simulate the performance of the electric drive system,the two development of ADVISOR is carried out,and a set of simulation model of the electric micro cultivator is established.Including the vehicle model,battery model,motor/controller model,wheel model,speed reducer and transmission model and the top-level module,according to the operating characteristics,choosed two kinds of cycles working condition and simulated respectively on the transportation condition and the traction condition.Through the simulation,the simulation results show that:a.On the speed of transport operation simulation,multiple start stop operation,the output power and the output torque of the motor are in the range of the rated power,the battery discharge efficiency remained at more than 95%power consumption,the result meets the design requirement.b.In the simulation of constant speed traction operation,the machine is driven by constant speed of 1.8km/h,the output torque of the motor is stable,and the cruising ability is above 80mins,which meets the design requirements.The two simulation results show that the matching of the key components of the electric drive system meets the design requirements.(4)According to the simulation results,the prototype was manufactured,and the speed of each gear and the driving mileage test were tested respectively.The results show that the walking speed,the mileage and the power matching of the micro cultivator meet the design requirements.At the same time,energy consumption in comparison with two common internal combustion engine machines in the market,shows that the cost of the prototype is much lower than that of the traditional micro tillage machine. |
