| In Ningxia,China,in order to prevent the wine grape vines from air drying and frostbite,the most common way to survive the winter is to bury the vines when winter is coming.To bury vines is to bury them in soil before winter.Wine grape vines will germinate when it reaches a certain temperature and humidity in spring.If the work of digging vines is not completed before the wine grapes germinate,the vines will germinate in the soil,it will inevitably hurt the buds when digging vines and affect the yield.Therefore,digging wine grape vines is a very time-consuming and seasonal work.The planting area of vineyards in Ningxia is large.In the past,it was mainly done by manpower,which not only consumed high labor cost,but also was inefficient.The existing vine digging machinery can only remove soil from both sides or above of the covered soil,and can’t remove the covered soil from the central area of the vine edge,and it is easy to damage branches and buds.Therefore,it is a new way to realize non-contact vine digging by wind blowing.In this paper,with the goal of high-efficiency covering soil clearing,the wind blowing method is simulated and tested,and a wine grape vines covering soil clearing machine with wind blowing is designed.The machine is mainly composed of chassis,fan and air pipe.The soil ridge in the center area of the vines can be damaged by the high pressure wind of the fan,so as to achieve the purpose of covering soil clearing.According to the requirements of wine grape planting and agronomy of wine vineyards in Yuquanying farm,Hongsibu and other main production areas in Ningxia,the basic parameters of design and experiment were determined.The local typical soil was collected for soil test,and the physical and physical parameters needed for soil modeling were obtained,such as water content,density,shear strength,Poisson’s ratio,etc.Then,the Fluent-EDEM coupling simulation is used to simulate the dynamics of soil particle group under the action of wind blowing.The dimension and angle of the air inlet are obtained through the verification test,and simulate many times,sort out and analyze the simulation results,and obtain the original design parameters of the fan and the air pipe of the wind blowing covering soil clearing machine.SolidWorks software is used to complete the establishment of the solid model of each part and the whole machine.According to the work requirements of the project and taking into account the uncertainties of the soil,two kinds of principle prototypes were made to deal with different situations.The soil ridge field test of the simulated vineyard was carried out in Jiangsu University,and the prototype was made and field test was carried out in the local vineyard of Ningxia.The test results were compared with the simulation results,and the improved design of the prototype was completed.The machine can meet the requirements of clearing soil in the central area beside the wine grape vines,with an operation efficiency of about 7 mu / h,and the average soil removal rate of the central area beside the wine grape vines can reach 80%.Vines,branches and buds will not be hurt or damaged.The efficiency of covering soil clearing and rattan raising was improved greatly. |
