Irrigation and drainage pump station is a pumping system composed of mechanical and electrical equipment and supporting buildings with water pump as the core.It integrates irrigation and drainage functions,and is an important part of people's livelihood water conservancy projects,especially in major irrigation areas.In particular,shaanxi province is located in the arid and semi-arid region in the northwest of China,and there is a shortage of water for agricultural irrigation.Therefore,many areas rely on irrigation and drainage pumping stations to provide water for irrigation,which has become an indispensable part of rural infrastructure.But because our country in the early construction of irrigation and drainage pumping station design standard is low,the device is low efficiency and high energy consumption factors,combined with years of mismanagement in operation and maintenance is not timely,make its buildings start to appear aging,reinforcement corrosion structure,durability deterioration problems of concrete carbonation,seriously affect the normal use of the pump station and irrigation area of comprehensive benefits,which affect the development of agricultural production,endangering national food security.Xiazhai pump station located in shaanxi province has a low original construction design standard,and its water handling efficiency is decreasing year by year.The deterioration of the pump station facilities and the structure and material durability of the main buildings has seriously affected the utility of the irrigation facilities,so it is urgent to update and renovate the station.The transformation of agricultural irrigation and drainage pump station is a comprehensive system engineering.Before the transformation,the hydrological,water resources and geological conditions of the pump station should be investigated and studied comprehensively,and the design parameters and technical and economic indicators of the pump station should be reviewed as a whole,so as to cope with the changed current situation.Based on an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the pump station,the damaged parts of the pump house and ancillary buildings,pump motors,hydraulic machinery and metal structures,hvac and fire fighting equipment,hydraulic structures and other damaged parts are technically transformed to ensure the improvement of the efficiency of the pump station.This paper mainly analyzes and studies the renovation of xiazhai pump station from the aspect of transformation strategy,demonstrates the schemes of head classification,pump selection and unit layout of the pump station,and designs and optimizes the main hydraulic structure with unreasonable design and deteriorating durability.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper briefly describes the general situation of xiazhai pumping station,based on the irrigation task of the pump station,the new irrigation system table of the pump station was determined by referring to the water quota,crop water requirement and regional irrigation model of shaanxi province.As the irrigation task of xiazhai pump station is undertaken by its third-level station,the head classification scheme of merging the former first-level station and second-level station into the new station is confirmed by comprehensive analysis method in this paper.(2)after analyzing the design situation and existing problems of the original pump unit,this paper has worked out different schemes for the selection and arrangement of pumps at various stations,and finally selected a reasonable scheme suitable for each station by comparing the pump performance,water distribution activity and installed power among different schemes.(3)design and calculate the main hydraulic buildings under the new layout of the pumping station.It mainly includes the bank slope scour analysis of the inflow part of the new first-stage station.Stress analysis and anti-sliding and anti-overturning stability analysis were carried out on the most unfavorable stable ballast,and its dimensions were determined.The optimum method was determined by comparing the side wall of the new secondary station into the pool,and the relative position of the water inlet pipe and the size of the water inlet pool were calculated.The design and calculation of each station of the size of the pool.According to the above calculation results,the design drawing of the inlet part of the pump station,the design drawing of the ballast,the design drawing of the inlet pool and the design drawing of the outlet pool at each station was completed.Through the program optimization and design calculation research in this paper,the xiazhai pump station renewal and reconstruction project is further promoted to further complete the task of ensuring irrigation water and domestic water in the irrigation area.After the demonstration,the total installed power of the combined station is reduced and the energy consumption of the pump station is reduced.Since there is no irrigation area between the first and second stations,the irrigation task will not be affected when the stations are combined,and 5 sets of mechanical and electrical equipment will be saved.Compared with the off-site scheme,this scheme further shortens the construction period and saves the project investment by reducing part of the construction content.In addition,the selection and layout scheme of pump units selected by stations at all levels has higher activity of water distribution,lower energy consumption for motor power operation,and smaller and more economical investment budget.The design calculation of hydraulic structure was carried out in detail,and the dimensions and optimal layout of the main hydraulic structures were determined.This has the reference significance to the similar pump station reconstruction project optimization in the future.
