| China is a large country with complex natural conditions. There are much inconsistency between the distributing of water resource and the requirement of industry,agriculture and life on time and space. Pumping station is very important in the delivery,supply of water resource, especially the large-scale irrigation and drainage pumping station, which has very important contribution in fighting droughts and waterloggings. However, when running, it also needs a great deal of energy. There is large significance in reducing the energy consumption of pumping station.Mainly, the type of pump in the large-scale irrigation and drainage pumping station in our country is adjustable-blade propeller pump. We can regulate the pump's blade mounting angle following the variation of water level at the inlet and outlet of the station in order to control the discharge of pump, we also determine the number of running machines with machine's optimal combination. So we can reduce its energy consumption, and make it optimally and economically run.On the point of system, this paper mainly studies the optimal distribution of load in the machines of irrigation and drainage pumping station, the mathematical model and it's solution are studied among the machines in pumping station with two types of axial pump: full regulation or semi-regulation. This paper also studies the problems of the optimal day-operation of pumping station and the economical operation of grading pumping station. At the end, Jiangdu pumping station is taken as a practical example to show the theory on economical operation of irrigation and drainage pumping station. Through the combination of the theory and practice, the necessity about economical operation of pumping station is more explicate than ever. |
